Sounds like they could of done this 20 years ago.

The device works through the walls of buildings and homes and is capable of torturing people wirelessly. Holy cow, that's horrifying! Like, I get that it's probably going to be used to help out people (i.e. people that can't communicate verbally or with their hands etc) BUT think of the other stuff it could be used for!
