It's on the album Electrostep from 2008, but this seems to be a mix of Midnight Air and New Orders - Blue Monday. I'm guessing it's because the guy is obsessed with the eighties like me :D.

He made them around the same time most likely so I guess he recycled the same track and made this. Its track 2 on the Trance n Bass compliation
