Well geee i wonder why Cal. used less enregy.. maybe cause they have less people working and less people with homes... This is nuts. Listen to what he says then look up the facts for yourself. Theres less people using electricity there. It has nothing to do with any plan from Cal.
That is incorrect Smilytrucker. The statistic he is referencing is the **per person** energy use. He is correct that Californians each use approximately the same amount of energy per year as they did in the mid 1970s, while the per person energy use for the rest of the country has increase by about 50% in that period.
