Strobes in the headlights are illegal here in NS, only emergency vehicles, or privately owned emergency vehicles such as a Fire Chief or Deputy Chief. Anything else has to be an amber light/led. No headlight/tail light strobes.
these are illegal if used in the wrong way. I personally have these on my truck for snow plowing which is legal. I work many hours plowing lots with these on, and have never been pulled over or stopped. I wouldnt recommend driving down the road with them though.

I had some on my old truck, but I used it for specific reasons only.
I used to haul a lot of big loads, so I used the strobes, plus the "construction" (as some people would call it) strobes on top of the cab to let people know I had a heavy/oversized load, and I was never pulled over for it.

why are you saying this when you just asked the question two posts above this? They are legal to have but like superducky said, you cannot use them going down the road.
What I ment was I wasnt sure if these are legal to have on if your stoped. For example you have a flat and are stoped on the side of the high way or you just been in a wreck and are stoped on side of the road would using them when the vechical is STOPED be legal.
gotcha! in illinois, i know that you cannot use them within so many feet from a public road. I believe if you were in a wreck or something like that, it would be up to the cops discretion to ticket you or not.
