I'm a life-long liberal Democrat, who like about 48% of rank and file Democrats does not support elected and appointed party officials' position on the issue of illegal aliens. I have never voted for a Republican but my mind is open to doing so in 2012. The are jobs in this country, mostly in agriculture, where the working conditions are so bad, and the wages so low, that the jobs can not be done the local American workforce. It is important that the E-Verify Bill goes into effect. There are too many American's who are unemployed. A large section of the workforce is takened up by illegals who overstay their visa's and come in our Country Illegally. We teach our children that when you do what's right, you are rewarded, but when you do wrong you have to be punished. These illegal's must learn that their is a consequence for every action. It is important that the E-Verify Bill goes into effect. There are too many American's who are unemployed. A large section of the workforce is takened up by illegals who overstay their visa's and come in our Country Illegally. We teach our children that when you do what's right, you are rewarded, but when you do wrong you have to be punished. These illegal's must learn that their is a consequence for every action. They do take the jobs in processing plants, fast food, janitorial and landscaping businesses. These are jobs that legal citizens WOULD take. Often they steal or falsify identifications. I went to 3 elementary schools, 3 jr. highs, 5 high schools and 3 colleges before I got my degree. I never cried once when I had to leave a school and I don't believe that child was crying for that reason. That was staged. Illegals (not undocumented...damn euphamisms) KNOWINGLY BROKE law when entering our country. The consequences of their actions should squarely be on THEIR heads. Why do WE as a country have the be ones to compromise?
