Actually, American Doll Posse is pretty strong, it's just not as dramatic as 90s' Tori - overproduced, and cramming too many words into the melodies. It's only the image that's glammed up - the 90s' material was just as sexualized, just more subtle and innovative.

I'll get the new CD, just for old time's sake.

She's great live. This is a decent song. Still, there are only songs here and there that really strike the soul, instead of whole albums. Always has been after Venus and Back. Welcome to England is horrible. She ends on the same predictable notes. She's a clever, smart gal... This is what happens to artists I guess when they discover the genre "happy", instead of working for food, as the music makes them full.

she's always been the most incredible musician/songwriter I've know

my relationship to her music is beyond words
