WOW. I can't believe the depth in which he answers the question. So many self proclaimed 'avatars' and/or 'godmen' will whimsically say 'all religions lead to the same goal' because thats what we want to hear - while there is some truth in this statement it essentially is misleading as the question -as Prabhupada has so eloquently highlighted here- is not to do with 'religion' but with the individual's approach towards life and/or in his desire to know God. As soon as I saw all that low talk. I stopped the video and btw if you are talking about religion the only thing that is going is Christainity and some of the stuff about evolution. These other religions (excluding Islam which for some reason grows) arent really talked about at all. Now I dont know what you talk about in this video (didnt watch it) but thats just what i think.

No i am not a priest who performs a ceremony on behalf of Srila Prabhupada. But that is the authorized process to receive a spiritual name after you have accepted to take the diksa process given by Prabhupada in his original books. Does that help?

DESCRIPTION CONTINUED: He never says by other processes, no. Only through bhakti. So if you are interested to know God and love Him, then you have to accept this devotional process. No other process will help you.
