I bought the 2140 to travel. Hook it up to my BB 9700 and get very fast hook up. Great netbook, all aluminum, not plastic. Battery life is great. Price was 300 bucks. PS I just ordered two 2gig memory chips from tiger direct to bump my memory to 4gigs. Great little netbook.
no news on that, but i can tell you that the 2140 (21xx series) is just about dead. unless you are getting an amazing deal you want to check out the Mini 5105 (see my other vids)
i doubt it would be anything worth trying. seeing as how it has integrated video. you might be able to, but i wouldn't expect it to be anything playable. i have a hard enough time running it smoothly on my regular laptop.
probably the 1000he- i don't like the design of the 2140's extended battery that much. it's a tough call though- they are very evenly matched. The 2140 with the HD display is a great netbook... and the 1000he is a bit hefty. Tough decision!
I have looked at all the pre-reviews for the 2140, and no-one has commented on max screen angle. My issue with the 2133, and why I went with the s10, was when the netbook was sitting on my lap ,and I was typing, the lid would not open enough and the screen was dimmed by the resulting angle. The 2140 is probably the same, but perhaps brighter with the LED backlight. The s10 keyboard is a little too small for me, so I still am considering 21xx. Maybe I'll wait for the 2150.
Beautiful netbook with unbeatable build quality. Currently the only netbook model with an hd 1376 x 768 screen available. Ordered mine yesterday and can't wait!

So you like the unboxing but disapprove of the product? Any reasons? Is there a particular netbook that you prefer?
