I used to like =3 until i realized that it wasnt him that was funny, it was the videos.
Even when i did like =3, i still thought it was wrong that he took all these videos without permission while others get in trouble for it, and he never used to credit the uploaders around the first year or 2.

What RWJ does is protected under "fair use". Since he provides commentary on the videos, he is legally allowed to post them in his show and profit from them without the consent of the original owner.

I don't know whether or not he complies with factors 1 and 2 of section 107, but I do know he is violating factors 3 and 4.

Truth is, RWJ is a talentless man who, as is stated in the video, uses other people's content for his show. Now, this would be ok if he, 1) recieved permission from the uploader and 2) paid them a percentage, but he doesn't do either, instead he takes other people's videos without their consent, breaking youtube's copyright policies in the process.
RWJ is a cash register for YouTube. Sadly the rules that are supposed to apply to all, don't apply to the likes of Shane Dawson, Fred, RWJ, etc, etc. There is no other way to put it, RWJ steals content, and earns an income by doing this. He needs to get his ass DMCA'd into oblivion.
RWJ Makes money off other peoples videos, so instead of the original video creator who uploaded the video making some money, RWJ finds a video, copies it without the authors consent and earns money from it. Now youtube is strict with their violation code, if you get three warnings they close your account, yet somehow RWJ has had many warnings (way more than 3) and he still remains. This is hypocritical of youtube for banning accounts and wrong of RWJ for profiting off other peoples videos.

RWJ Makes money off other peoples videos, so instead of the original video creator who uploaded the video making some money, RWJ finds a video, copies it without the authors consent and earns money from it. Now youtube is strict with their violation code, if you get three warnings they close your account, yet somehow RWJ has had many warnings (way more than 3) and he still remains. This is hypocritical of youtube for banning accounts and wrong of RWJ for profiting off other peoples videos.
