  • @janjak47

That would make sense in case USA was invaded and occupied.

Iraq is in the position the France was when the Nazis marched in...

  • @windrider3210 Green Day - Boulevard Of Broken Dreams

  • 0:27 - 0:29 should have been in Slow Mo'

  • @windrider3210 21 guns - green day

  • however the gun on the tiger is crap ,it doesnt feed properly has trouble engaging the gears to cock the weapon , jams up more often than it firres you need a pull through to feed the ammunition which is the dumbest idea in history carrys less ammunition than the Apache being 450 rdsw compared to 1200rds

would you like me to go on, and the french in afghanistan have stopped using the gun and gone to the pod mounted guns as they dont jam up

get your facts right before u write down ur comments

  • @igloo2au73 where do you get this ? any link ?

  • @igloo2au73 do you have evidences of what you claim ?

either in Lybia or Afghanistan french Tigers use the 30mm turret, without any problems.

    watch?v=vbTjmCz-Ilk

Tiger has been designed to be much more handleable for ground support role, Tigers electronic, avionics, furtivity is much more advanced than the bulky Apache.

  • lol france be gay

  • LEMON

  • This helicopter is the biggest lemon the Australian brought , why would you buy a NON PROVEN helicopter over the AH-64 which is battle proven , all just to save money

  • @igloo2au73 , not only . The Tiger has a range of 800km when the Apache only 380km , the 30mm gun of the Tiger is more accurated than the Apache one and the Tiger is a much more"discreat" helicopter since he is 80% composite material made that reduce his radar signature and Infrared signature by 6. the Apache and the Tiger are for different doctrine that all.

  • @igloo2au73 Tiger does a pretty good job in afghanistan.

the only way to battle prove something is to use it in battle. New material doesn't mean uneffective.

your logic is a non sense.

  • @windrider3210 Boulevard of broken dreams - Green Day =)

  • @janjak47 Roger that......

  • @Schenkel93 The most upgraded version of the Tiger was the Spanish HAD, France changed the order to acquire 40 of 80 HAD.

  • @Schenkel93 will germany buy some canon equiped ?

  • @bingofioul Probably they will update the UHT version with a Rheinmetall RMK30

  • @jorgeacetil wooowww, that's look like a nice gun, but why don't use the same than french one which is already fitted on tiger and works well ?

  • @bingofioul Because at the early stages, they find in his version a problem with the recoil of the GIAT cannon that the French, Spanish and Australian army didn´t find in his versions. So they fitted externals 12,7mm guns.

  • @Schenkel93 Stimmt nicht!

Vive la France ,meilleur pays au monde^^

  • vive la France donc vive moi... nan je déconne

  • @janjak47 Any informed American knows that France was the one nation that helped us when we fought for Independence. Right here in New York City's harbor we have your beautiful gift that shows our shared love of liberty, thank you France.

  • @lunhil12 Incorrect, Spain helped too

  • @jorgeacetil Very true, I had overlooked that as the subject was France. Spain had no love for the British Empire at that time either and were allied with France.

  • @lunhil12 If you are interested, there is a book writed by Buchanan Parker Thompson called Spain: Forgotten Ally of the American Revolution. Also you cand find a lot of articles in The Journal of American History. Cheers

  • @Schenkel93 it's true !! but FRANCE too !!!

  • @janjak47 oui s'est vrai !!! si les USA partait en guerre mondial contre un pays ou une communitée d'etat , nous serions les premiers à les aiders .

Yes it's true !!!! if the USA would go in the world war counter an other country or comunity state, FRANCE would be the first to help them .

Que nous soyons dans l'OTAN ou non

  • @janjak47

    Merci. Vive la France!

    - Un Type Americain

  • the best fight helicopter of the world the French "TIGER"

  • C'est vraiment beau, ces engins...

  • @chrisrogerrabbit: Leo II, Mercedes and BMW are good german tools, but G-36 is a piece of shit, Tavor, Famas, F-2000, SA-85 are the future. G-36 = M16: outdated assault weapons, too long, difficult to use in urban guerilla

  • @condebayard

There are several variations of the G36 which are shorter, such as the G36K. The new g36a2 is also shorter. And the sa-85 was an piece of sh*t until the german h&k engineers fixed it .

  • @ModernGermanWarfare: I like Bull Pup configurations better, they are shorter and easier to handle in urban guerilla, I didn't want to mean that the G-36 is not accurate or reliable (we all know that German engeenering is one of the best of the world, the french army uses the G-36 as a medium range sniping rifle).

  • @condebayard ak-47 ak-74

  • @assailant85 A lot of french helies are used in many countries: dolphin in US Coast guard, Brasilian Army... Puma, cougar in Japanese, indian Armies. Etc. What for German Helicopters with MBB? The French experience is more important and efficient than in Germany. I Am sorry for you...

  • @Boutdumonde1 helicopters were inventedin France make some research !!! this is a message to all of you

    americans

  • @miramar9999

You're an idiot. You should be proud to serve next to our mates across the ocean.Instead of comparing in a very retarded way.

  • @nettempereur: stop talking bullshit - france (which had the biggest and most modern army worldwide in the 1940´s) was fucked within 4weeks from the Wehrmacht. So you guys didn´t won anything... Germany just couldn´t stand the superiority of US, UK and USSR any more. It´s impressive how long the Wehrmacht was able to fight back...Italy as an member of the AXIS was really no help for germany. You french pussy owe all you have to the ALLIES. Stop whining

  • @KalleKaminski France had serious tactical setbacks, for instance no radio in tanks, no effective air support and an overall strategy based on WW1 dogma. The Wehrmacht won in 6 weeks, not 4 and above all, the Germans failed to crush the British thanks to the French efforts in Arras, Lille & Calais, like in Dunkirk. The French Armée de l'Air & the RAF harmed the Luftwaffe, which was ultimately vital for the following Battle of Britain.

And France fought until the end. Victory in 1945. STFU!

  • @Nettempereur: the french should have been prepared better. no radio in a tank - this is almost absurd.

and they were fighting with old-fashioned tactics. without help from your allies you would not have been able to take part in the war again. thats all i wanted to say. yes, looks like we lost the war, but this was unescapable.

but this is still a trauma for france.

btw, I don´t understand why french people are big-headed so often!? grand nation!? FOR WHAT?

  • @KalleKaminski LoL why are you telling the French are big-headed? Who has come to tell "I'm the best, we crushed you, you are crap"? The French are not big-headed, you never see a French coming on German military videos telling "yeaahh we invaded you in 1806, 1930s and during the Cold War, Germany sucks". Who is insulting and trashing on the other?

  • @KalleKaminski Yes, it is stupid to have made tanks without radios, I know it but at this time, the French High Command saw tanks as a support-infantry weapon, they didn't conceive it as a cohesive force -despite De Gaulle or Prioux asked for it many times. And yes, the tactics were wrong, a bit like for Prussia in 1806, isn't it?

  • @KalleKaminski Without the Allies, we could have not come back, it's clear but we did. It is long-term strategy (Entente Cordiale with Britain, French-Russian friendship since the 19th century...).

And France is not traumatised by WW2, we don't speak of it all the times. What is the trauma now is the culpability for Vichy Regime & Collaboration; the defeat in 1940 is not such a big matter in France now, we rather celebrate the Resistance, the Free French (notably the colonial troops).

  • Don't know how much the Finnish troops up north ever saw that chopper, sounds to me like it was a single woohoo by the French.Looks like the French commanded it home pretty fast ;)

  • @KekkonenKalasti: Finland... let's see the country that was hitler's ally and who lost most of carelia to the russian...

  • @condebayard finland....the tiny country which defeated the 100 bigger and stronger russians. the brave people of finland who defeated them mostly with hunting rifles on their skiis. maybe the bravest and best men in ww2

  • @satanic666sonic Finland? They were allied of the 3rd Reich and used their troops and weapons while WW2. And after they see a defeat gathering, they followed the orders of the Soviets and banned the germans, gavetwo weeks for evacuating (which wasnt makeable), and then fought them (while they retreat!) under serious loses. And after all that they interned wifes, who had a realationship with germans and also their CHILDREN. In a letter Mannerheim promised not to fight the germans...

    That Fins?

  • Where did you get this information? The French have tested the first prototypes, plus a large number of components are French, the turret, radar, targeting system as well as missiles and I forget.

  • @eikkkN The germans dont use the turret anyway. They were 'building' two different versions of the Tiger as they were developing it. Germany did their own version as you might know...

  • the tiger is from germany and france, and not france did most, germany did.

  • 0:27 Modern warfare 2

  • @spitfiremk2ify lool !! xD

  • @chrisfrenchriviera BUT!!! i am right :D

  • @spitfiremk2ify No, sorry guy, it's just the real life.... And not your fuckin' playstation...

  • @spitfiremk2ify

Better than that : It's Modern Warfare 2 : IRL, French troops in Afghanistan extension pack.

  • @spitfiremk2ify gamerkiddy

  • It explains a lot why this thing is still not in service when the French "did the most".

  • @OLDVINYLDUDE this" thing" is in service and operational since many years in France, its also combat proven and used since 1 year and half.

so i dont understand your point " still not in service", it was, and it is in service

  • tiger is the best chopper of the world. he is franco-german and i'm proud of it

  • I envy the french army, the french can use the maximum equipment for the Tiger.

In Germany, the german Tiger still designed for tank battles against the Russians, but the cold war is over since 20 years. Sadly, the German military authorities will take all long a long time and are EXAGGERATED overcorrecct. In the german army TOO MANY human brakes.

  • Spain use this helicopter we love it

  • pause @ 0:30 thats the call of duty pic =D

  • ...if germany would develop their own chopper... it would be a masterpiece...

  • !!!!!!!!!GERMAN TECHNOLOGY!!!!!!! :D :D :D

  • @MUDjumper91 LOL Eurocopter is mostly French...

  • @mariusrodrigo

    1% French

    99% German

  • @MUDjumper91 LOL are you serious???

The capital is mostly French, the headquarters are in France (Marignane), the boss is French, the test site is in France.

As for the Tiger: the engines are French, the cannon is French, the electronics are French, the Optronics are French, the Radar is French, the cockpit interface is French... and the firt prototype was made in France.

Now Fuck off you german nationalist lol.

  • Comment removed

  • @mariusrodrigo

Before making such statements reading wikipedia is required.

  • @mariusrodrigo

"The capital is mostly French... the test site is in France."

Doesn't relate to who delevoped which component.

    "As for the Tiger: ..."

The engines ( MTR 390 ) are a joint franco-german-british design, they're not per se french. Same goes for the electronics, the contributing companies being ( inter alia) EADS (joint european), Sagem & Thales (France), BAE (UK) et al. The radar is british/canadian (made by BAE Systems Canada ) as are parts of its sensor suite.

  • On the other hand: The missiles are either american (Stinger, Hellfire) or joint european (HOT, Strigat). Which all boils down to the fact that most of your claims are downright false.

"Now Fuck off you german nationalist lol."

Hillarious sentence considering the amount nationalistic, wishful thinking oozing from your comment. What about a nice cup of stfu for yourself, french troll?

  • @Thespides

"Which all boils down to the fact that most of your claims are downright false."

    Errata:

Which all boils down to the fact that most of your claims are either downright false or apt to create a false impression. Or both.

  • Belle vidéo.

J'aime quand tu intègres cette musique dans tes vidéos.

Dommage que ce soit si court !

  • LOL, I like the french vs. german thing !

If it is true that the tiger heli is mainly french than that might explain why it has as many flaws as a new Renault or Peugot car :P or the great M400 military plane, only probs wherever u look, Thank you Mr. French guy haha

Someone from sweden.... I rather buy a small VW than a big Renault, Peigot or Citroen LOL

  • @Bitmaster69 you speak for saying nothing, just like a frenchman. just buy whatever you want and keep it for yourself without bashing anybody. as far as i'm concerned i'm from france, millions of ppl have some french cars over here and no problem with them. you know nothing as you're lost in your ice desert. don't you know even an average country like france is more than enough to humiliate your tiny piece of ice nation, you poor swedish ? now pray for the european union, you weak and silly.

  • I think for the france is better if she leaves NATO...

  • LOL, IF YOU GUYS READ ONLY THE WIKIPEDIA ARTICLE ABOUT IT, YOUD KNOW. STUPID ARGUING. IT ALWAYS COMES FROM THE FREnch sidE X(

  • merci a tous les français qui nous aident en Afghanistan. :)

  • Of course IGLA is on the black market, it's Russian/Chinese -.-

  • Uh, Eurocopter is based in France. This is a French helo that out of the kindness of their hearts (towards Germany) Germany was allowed to use for the UHT.

  • Since the deployment of these new helicopters in A-stan. I wonder when the first combat footage will arive. But probably they are not going to make it publick. To make shure nobody can see the performance of this helicopter.

  • German-French Chopper Tiger!

  • FRENCH-german chopper

    French did the most

its like airbus or MBDA , the main nation is French

eurocopter come from french compagnys who did ALOUETTE I, I,III, PUMA, GAZELLE, DOLPHIN ect ... ( dont know the english name i know only dauphin is dolphin and Tigre is Tiger for international sell )

  • @XavierB0126 given french chopper tech came straight from german conceptors (formerly employed by focke achgelis);

    let's just say it's a european copter :D

  • not european, Franco-german copter.

and like i said "French did the most

its like airbus or MBDA , the main nation is French"

it makes me think about ARIANE SPACE, it was 100 % french, france was the 3rd world Spatial power :( then we shared* with europe :(

  • @XavierB0126 first The Germans build the very first Heli long time before France thought about it ! The forefather of the Chinook was the Fokker 8 Gelis 4A61 used in WW2. The forefather of the Apache ist the Flettner Fl 282. If a project is successfull French did the most if it fails it´s the Germans fault!!! My friend you talk crap. The french did not the most because it´s a50/50 project. I will remaind you that German is the Motor of the European Economy not Frnace!!!

  • @ozeangruen wikipedia says tha the first helli was french but lets just say that its good to see that germans and french can associate to build the best combat helli ever made

  • @floflo008 I´ve just checked it in Wiki that just the word "Helicopter" is from french. The Germans used Helis as Transporters in WW2 Fokker 8 Gelis 4A61

You will finde usefull vids on youtube about.

Unfortunaly the Apatche is better...the Tiger have it´s climate problems in Afganistan.

  • @floflo008 the first Combat Helicopter was constructed and used by the germans in WW2 its the Flettner Fl 282 . If search for the key phrase "Flettner Fl 282 " in youtube

you will get some good hit´s

  • @ozeangruen i agree that the first to use helli for war was german

i have nothin again Germans they are good at machinerie desing probably better tha most of french ones

  • @floflo008 It have nothing to do which one´s are better! It is an advantage for both nations working together. I am getting upset if some French claiming to do the most work. Before a century we kileld ourself´s in the trenches of a redicolous world war and now we have a chance to work together and create something new!

  • @XavierB0126 i find it kinda sad that some childish comment like yours has so many votes.

no european contry is significant in any way on the world scale. and what is europe against countrys like china and india for example. every successful company today thinks european/global. for example eurcopter has plants in france germany and spain. and german leopard2 manufacturer has plants all over the world. nationalism means nothing anymore. its companys that rule the world today. everyone knows it.

  • @hansbo11

totally agree with you.. and i'm french ;)

but being European is also being a bit nationalist since it concerns only a limited territory, i say we're all brothers.. but that's a good start :D

  • @hansbo11

    "nationalism means nothing anymore"

Says you. If nationalism really didn't mean anything anymore, then why are French, British, German and Italian armies still equipped respectively with mostly French, British, German and Italian-made weaponry and equipment ?

"its companys that rule the world today. everyone knows it."

:-DD YEah, they rule it. Sure. That's why they cry a river for the Nation-states to bail them out in time of crisis.

  • @hansbo11

Companies don't rule more than a rat's butt. An economic crisis, a real-estate bubble bursting, and who's left standing ? The states. While the so-called "almighty" companies kneel down and cry for the state to help them.

NOt to mention the companies still have to talk to state authorities to settle down anywhere they go.

  • @hansbo11

The big players run the world, not companies - companies are slaves to the governments. The future mights are China, Russia, the USA and the EU.

  • @XavierB0126

    That's Bullshit.

Airbus used to be german. Then WE shared it with france.

  • @natsplit google "aerospaciale" plz, N°1 leader civil plane maker BY FAR above N°2 in Europe

it was the main part at the beginning of Airbus

  • @XavierB0126

Google "Deutsche Airbus Gmbh" THAT was the beginning of Airbus.

Airbus was lead more then 11 years ONLY by Germans.

If you talk about airbus, you talk about German engineering. Thats it.

  • @natsplit aerospacial was N°one by far in europe and 100 % french, airbus without French isnt airbus,

  • @XavierB0126

Right Airbus without France isn't Airbus. But Airbus without Germany isn't Airbus either.

Did u look up Deutsche Airbus Gmbh? Apparently u didn't.

Deutsche Airbus Gmbh was a joint venture of: ATG Siebelwerke, Bölkow GmbH, Dornier-Werke, Flugzeug-Union Süd, Hamburger Flugzeugbau, Messerschmitt AG and Vereinigte Flugtechnische Werke.

Aerospacial had the most MANPOWER at that time, but in terms of engineering Airbus wouldn't have been possible without Deutsche Airbus Gmbh.

  • @XavierB0126

So saying the main nation of Airbus is France is TOTALLY wrong.

    Same wiht EC Tiger.

  • @XavierB0126

I'm so incredibly sorry for you guys, losing all your Imperial greatness and stuff. Being gobbled up by an evil Union of countries with the sole sinister purpose of subsidising French agriculture to death. But you know what? You got this walking testicle, that Sarko character, right? So I think he's gonna turn whole Europe into one huge French parade ground. And then: Siemens? French. Rolls Royce? French. The Leopard II? French. Vive la grande nation!

  • @flexi712 i dont know what is a walking testicle but im not in the same line as Sarkosy, this guy is pro-european for your information ( it doesnt mean Roumanian are europeans , they arent even légitimate in UE, who voted for them to enter ? only politics, not people.)

Thales > Siemens. and we have Leclerc, kick ass MTB

im not against europe, im against european federalist project, and im for an international organisation of cooperation and free tax.

  • @XavierB0126 your country can also write a letter to Europe to collect 1 additional province for fresh their new empire

  • @XavierB0126

But seriously: I'm a great believer in European cooperation and integration, especially in the defence sector. This is where most can be gained for all of us in terms of industrial competitiveness, more economic procurement and external security. But it's nationalist pigheads like you that make me doubt the whole idea. Maybe we should scrap Europe altogether and write a letter to China to come and collect 27 additional provinces for their fresh new empire.

  • @flexi712 anyway, never an european army will be create. new "terrorist" will put bombs in UE to stop that if politics wanted to

  • @XavierB0126

Sry, but I work at Airbus, and I can tell you that all the planes will finaly build in germany. in hamburg. some parts like the wings or so on, are build in touluse.

And yes your right. Airbus is a German-French Company. But all planes, just like the A380 will be give to the customers in Hamburg.

  • @themasterdomi you are 22, and if you "work" for them its not in a great job :)

    anwyay your german,

and you loose your credibility when you say "all the planes will finaly build in germany. in hamburg. "

Toulouse is more the place where airbus planes are build, about as equal in hambourg, but still more the place in toulouse, im not "earth technician" or something like you in hambourg but i have a lots of knowledge about aèronotik.

  • @XavierB0126 said: "My country designed and built more planes of the same type than your country, and now give me back my lollipop cuz' I'm only ten years old and draw pride from the numbers telling me where an international enterprise builds its weaponry. And I'm judging people by their age and job and start an argument by taunting someone for being german... although his country crushed mine in a matter of weeks in WWII... bwuäähhh"

    Anyway... nice vid, like it!

  • @DerTommy86 ofc, because we are speaking about what is build in hambourg,

    and your german.

what is the link with the wwII ? ... your a bit , how to say... stupid ?

( and battle of france was in 3 months. blitzkrieg is just a part of the battle of France)

do not only open some aeronotique books but also history books.

    ok ?

and plz, ask "hello" to the americain who are actually occuping your country ( France was too again few years ago )

  • @XavierB0126 German country is occupied? :D Ok I'll make a suggestion: I'll open a history book (in order to see that what I said is actually correct) and you open your eyes to the present global situation.

And what was the link to WWII about? It was about you being an arrogant dick for something YOU did not achieve, but your country did (I mean the aeronautic discussion) and me telling you that your country is not better than any other country in EU or NATO.

  • @DerTommy86 yes or not there is american military bases in your country ?

yes or not there even was French military bases in your country few years ago ?

so yes your country is occupying

and no your wrong , my country isnt even better than any other country in the world ! plz be quiet

  • @me one XavierB0126 Do Favor and check up the German Jägerbataillon 291. Guess what that is: A pure German Infantry Bataillon that's being built up since April 2010 in Illkirch-Grafenstaden.... Yeah, you heard right: On french soil. So tell me, is your country now occupied by the Germans... again?

Germany has detachments e.g. in the USA, UK and France, as well as all those countries have in Germany. That's what being allies is about. But again, you're obviously too dumb to get that...

  • @DerTommy86 haha, no one has country in the world has detachement in France lol.

if some foreign soldier come in France its to be train in some french military school.

like belgium future fighter pilots come in France.

like german Tiger pilot come in France.

and your jarbataillon is a part of a Franco-german unit, the first european unit. binational inter-army.

they are in a French military base, to learn from French

so i have an answer to my question : you are stupid.

  • @DerTommy86 Germany doesnt have base in USA and UK, and again less in France, THE virgin foreign military country.

when USA has AMERICAN BASES in germany( France had too in the past ), not trainning detachements to reduce their army budget like you.

my father and my grandfather did their military service in our FRENCH base in your country ( almost consider like ambassad, a part of our territory )

but now, we are a professional army ( contrary to you ) , so dont need 10000 bases in the world

  • @DerTommy86 in France we have one of the 4 "try pilots" center. 1 in USA, 1 in Russia, 1 in France and one in UK. we are the only country to have this high degree of skill.

formed to every type of plane and copter existing.

you, like all other" minor european military" come in France to be trained

and this has nothing to do with base like in your country.

im just closing your mouth because u began about ww2. and how nazi were brilliant, to rape neutral belgium and avoid maginot line.

  • @XavierB0126 Now wait a second, what the hell are you talking about the test-pilot centers? Where's the link to our topic (even the WWII topic was already closed). You were just talking shit about germany being occupied territory and I pointed out that that Germany has an army base in France, just like every other major country has military bases or at least troops in its allied countries. Are you too dumb to get that or do you just don't want to?

  • @DerTommy86 no one foreign country has base in France lol, learn history and learn why we dont have.

german detachment in training and learning from french in a FRENCH BASE in France

learn the difference with having AN AMERICAN BASE in GERMANY, not an american detachement in a GERMAN base in germany.

    AMERCAN installation, american stuff,

do you know what is a military base ?

they arent in tranning in germany, and not learning from you, they are like "protecting you" and raping your souvrainety

  • @DerTommy86 in France, foreign military aircraft from allied nation have to ask each time if they to fly under his airspace.

its not like that in germany, because you have foreign air force in your territory who are using you like an advanced part of their territory, to fight russia, or irak, or what they want.

again troop in tranning, in french installation, at each level under french commandement , even at the fewer, with french stuff, in a Frenc base, tranning with and from french

  • @DerTommy86 has nothing to do with your situation. you arent in the same condition in USA, like USA are in your country dude. you are like their dog , not equal friend.

they could even install anti missile shield to protect you on your territory

and i was speaking to our test pilots school because its a reason why foreigners come in France, like in others school : for our skills and not to be in THEIR BASES situated in germany

  • @XavierB0126 Well guess what, many international pilots come to germany to learn flying... as well as german pilots go to the USA and France. That's what international training means...

1: U're doing it again: Taking credit for something YOU have not achieved. Every pilot who managed to get through aviation training in Istres is more worth than you, no matter if he comes from Germany, Ireland or the shittiest country of the world.

    2: You're an arrogant dickhead.

  • @DerTommy86 it's call be a member of a nation, French : "we" are, if you dont feel be a member of your nation ( who was, is and will be with you and not with you ) it could explain sometings im not a dickhead ;)

  • @DerTommy86 and i forgot to say i never said no one come in others country to trainning

  • @DerTommy86 you just spoke about WW2 like a ignorant idiot and among others things i spoke about germany is actually occupying to stupidly laught at you like you laught at me with ...ww2...

you like seeing this war like something stupid for the french. ( something it wasnt ofc, we were brave and had honour firstly... ) as every stupid youtube kid

so the dumb here isnt the guy that you think

  • @DerTommy86 Hach..

  • @Rockstargames6 German technology is far from being the best, and anyway, as you never use it, one really wonders what it is used for. Germany is far from being the first european power, Britain and France are far above because we do fund our military as much as possible. The Germans can roughly send troops overseas.

Whatever you may believe, France won WW2 and Germany lost it. Now, we could try to make little progress and work together, what do you think?

  • @XavierB0126 Well don't get your hopes down, you still have the greatest bagguetes in the world, sooner or later you'll be first in something that actually matters, just plz for once don't give up immediatly!!!

  • @fopobopos It is roughly funny dude. Rather than making jokes, you should realize that the European Defense is too much low. Italy has bought US planes again, how do you want Europe to improve its Defense Industry if we buy foreign stuff? I don't say France does everything in Europe but we often feel alone to make Europe progress, with Germany sometimes. AND THIS IS NOT ARROGANCE TO TELL THIS!

  • @XavierB0126 What's the problem with the rest of Europe ?

I'm going to think that French are REALLY pretentious and hateful, I thought it was just a cliché ...

  • @Lambalex The French are neither pretentious nor hateful -some can be so of course- but as I said to fopobopos, the Europeans don't do enough for Defense issues. What about the Airbus A400M? The Galileo Space program? We try and make efforts to create a true European project and we feel alone too many times. What Xavier said is a bit strong but not entirely wrong. Do we want to be working together or running alone for our little interests?

  • @Lambalex

Well, every cliche has a small glimpse of truth. As a French citizen myself, I can say some French are really arrogant pricks. But hey, we're not all like that. And, besides, in which nation aren't there some arrogant pricks ?

  • Comment removed

  • @XavierB0126 you seem to be very proud of your nation but that's simply not true. For example the tiger is built in 4 different places, only 1 of them is france. also the engine is engineered completely by MTU, a german company. the same applies for Airbus btw.

  • @assailant85 like the leopard 2 is build on like 10 differents place, however its german.

i dont care australian and spanish build it under liscence.

almost every military stuff are build under liscence today.

  • @XavierB0126 sure but it seems to me a little arrogant to say it's "mostly french work" when it's a shared project. it's like you're doing a presentation with 3 friends and you say it's mainly your work but in fact you were only presenting the work of others.

  • @assailant85" the work of others " omg

stop saying shit, its the Tigre, created in a big part by those who did the puma, dolphin , gazelle, alouette....

the work of others... i will give you the work of others !

airbus is build around the aerospacial sucess, the french compagny was Number 1 by far in europe before merged with the german to do airbus

  • @XavierB0126 yeah, I won't talk with an arrogant and impolite person like you anymore. It pretty much fits to the stereotype everyone has of the french. just get it into your head, german engineers > french engineers :P

  • @assailant85 however you still do it, and i dont care French engineers > german ;)

be happy i deleted my so commented's comment by error

  • @assailant85: Childish comments and you're both WRONG

  • @XavierB0126 French did not the most you talk nonsens

the eurocopter is a consortium of DaimlerChrysler Aerospace (DASA) and french Aérospatiale-Matra.

  • Spanish too

  • Great Looking Chopper. I bet they pack a wallop!

    Thanks for helping in Afghanistan.

    America salutes France!

  • @vanwahlgren and france salutes you back, don't listen to the dunnos that says france hates america... it's not true =)

  • @vanwahlgren and england, germany etc.??

  • Yes, but the system "IGLA" is available on the black market.

  • I think nato is lucky that there's no one supplying stinger missiles to afghans

  • stingers are american, america is PART of NATO, hence no stinger would be in A-Stan unless they are the ones supplied to the mujaheddin by the CIA in the 80s to fight the soviets

  • You are correct, i was in fact referring to the left over american ones and making a point that they are lucky no one is supplying they with other portable surface-to-air missiles, which were a problem for the soviets.

  • @mig3535 and luckily the batteries used for guidance on a stinger doesnt last anywhere near 20-30 years

  • @mig3535

well NATO was created to "fight " the soviets...

  • @dunnobutwayne

Not just the soviets. It was to fight the "Warschauer Pakt" A kind of Union of russian, Albania , Bulgaria , DDR , Poland , Rumania , Czech Republic and Hungary.

  • @mig3535 and that same mujahadeen is fighting the nato

  • Yeah, not anymore.

In the 1970-80s the U.S. of all nations supplied stingers to the TALIBAN AND MUJAHADEEN!!!

  • hmmm wrong, they only supplied mujahadeen because at this time there were no talibans.

  • @Supafly1st especially our helos got good countermeassures against stinger`s or other Surface to Air Missles.

  • @Supafly1st there wer plenty of stingers in afghan... but most have been used... in 2002.. a chinook helicopter carring 16 navy seals and 5 crew was hit by a american made stinger and exploded in mid air, everybody on board was killed... now all the taliban got left is explosives and those shitty russian weapons

  • @Supafly1st know what? tiger withstands a stinger impact and even shilka bullets.

  • @Supafly1st if that did happen and they got hands on some stinger equivelent, you would see the comanchie finished and come into service soo fast.
