looking to get into this game my friend plays it and loves it can u run high line and pass cars or is it like all other nascar games for console you're fastest on bottom and cant pass anyone high?

There is mods on the internet where people make tracks and make the highline working so don't worry about that.

these nr 2003 games, i still understand what it is. Is it downloadable or what. Also if it is called nr 2003 why do they have 2008 cars? Please clear out my confusion.

first you can download the game by utorrent and for the 2008 cars its an add-on you download cars and you put them in your cars folder its a bit complicate

its a PC game made by sierra and papyrus in 2003 and eventually ea sports closed them down but people are making downloads of cars and tracks from this year and the past years...hope that hoped a bit(by the way if you want it, its about 75-100 bucks on ebay)
