this isnt authentic:p nevertheless a good try i must say.... and its not pronounced narlacheM...its Narlachey! konkani has its funny form when written in anglo-saxon!
hey..liked this recipe..def will try that..but i kind of don't agree with u r philosophy on not following step by step procedures in cooking..i mean that is what makes Indian cusine so popular..i mean the whole drama that goes into cooking...i think that shouldn/t be altered,
Hey, your vids a addictive lol. I was wondering, do you do traditional sweets (barfi/gulab jamen/jelebi carrot halwa etc or can you do a modern take on it. Like a moist syrup cake made with cardamon and something else,,, i dunno.. guava /mango jelly? or traditional rice pudding with a twist to it, you know?

Thanks for this amazing recipe! Just tried it, loved it. Although I added a few of my own ingredients, the basic ones remained the same.

That looks sooo good! I love really hot curries...I think the hottest I've had was Thai Red Curry, so good...but I love a good Chicken Korma ;)

it's not as though you are actually grinding the spices to make the curry...and you got lemon seeds in your dish at the end of the video.
