you must install again or the last version of firmware, then be work. i did that.

that happend to me once all u do is when the screen is blank switch your phone of take out you battery wait 1 min switch on again and it will do the same thing then while the screen is white that out the battery again and then it will work

u nid to bring ur phone to a cell shop....that is an error on the software...it needs to be reinstaled...

that is a software error! you have to install the software in nokia again! I think that can be work!

i had the exact same problem with mine but they just installed a soft update and it was like new

mien did that with or without a sim card, had been droppped lots and not taken care of but meh
