nanc, you don't have to be up up for anyone but yourself. you don't owe anyone anything, and sometimes women of our 'age' get the menopause blues, its a mixture of seasonal and hormonal changes, and a biggie are triggers, one negative thot, one voice we didn't want to hear, words we didn't want to hear from people who really don't matter. detach from it all, if you need to rest and recoup do it, coz you know how depression that goes unaddressed is enuf to throw us in a tailspin!
