Hey uh so I need to dig a 4 foot hole but 2 feet down I hit clay. I've broken 1 spade and bent 2 other ones. You think I could borrow that excavator?

If it's that black in MS it's called mud. That's some hardass shit you have on that side of "the pond". Nice trench not to cave in.

@vernjr88 This crap is called boulder clay.It's really hard and strong.Iff you go more the 3m deep you will hit a bed of boulders.Some of them are the size of a car.But it dosent cave in.
