Actually he didn't completely fail. He was able to send wireless poswer to go out a radius of 26 miles and got a few hundred watts out of it. Though JP Morgan cut him off he still chose to advance in his progress. Some people say he might of achieved what he was looking to do, but realized the destruction it can bring if it fell into the wrong hands. Idk go figure
sadly they only ruled in tesla's favor to squirm out of paying royalties to marconi who was still alive at the time, tesla got the shaft for being way to ahead of his time, he did invent the circuit used by marconi to make the first radio transmission, unfortunately his former ungrateful employer edison helped marconi become the winner in that patent war.
@MrColombian1988 In 1943, the Supreme Court of the United States reversed this decision and granted Tesla the main patents, thus proclaiming him to be the true inventor of radio.
Even though Tesla's ideal of transmitting power wirelessly with practical efficiency failed, none of that takes away from his contribution and dedication to experimental science.
their historical presentation was riddled with fallacies, which leads me to believe they are completely clueless as to what they're talking about. Even a cursory perusal of the historical facts will show you that they're wrong. Call me a cynic, but if you get the mundane wrong, I won't give you time to explains your idea of the abstract.
Wardenclyffe tower was in Long Island, NY ! (NOT NJ!!) You guys need to check your facts before you even go making shows like these. The main purpose of this project was to transmit electricity wirelessly (and transmission of radio waves). After Tesla's death, the US courts ruled for Tesla on radio (not Marconni).
The sparks are taking out too much energy. Take off the top capacitor and run the coil open at top and connected to the primary loop. The coil should have a self oscillation mode. Other than that there is a mode of operation that should push loss less energy to the second coil. Nice going on the demo great stuff.
7/16/1905 Tesla stated his wireless technology would power his flying machine as he never said aircraft. Forget the patents and what other people say for Tesla. Only the Niagara Falls system was in one patent and he was made to break it up. Tesla had a power and communication towers planed for airships, cars, boats and robots.
Nikola is Serbian form of the English name Nicholas, derived from the Greek word Nikolaos (Νικόλαος), a combination of the words NIKE meaning victory and LAOS meaning people, so it can be understood to mean 'victory of the people'.
Name Nikola comes from Greek meaning 'victory of the people' and for people he worked indeed :) My favourite inventor and hero, just got to love the man :) He honestly lived to give to the world and not take. I'd give him a hand and a hug if he would be here. Oh I forgot, he didn't shaked hands :))
please read the patents! tesla began with reaching the ionosphere, but came to the conclusion that you can send wireless power through the earth as a "one wire conductor" this is in the notes and patents. the wardenclyffe would not ionize the ionospere or crap like the propaganda. it would resonate the earth beneath all of us into a resonant "transmission line". i put up so much research to prove this, you excite the earth into a conducting wire not the ionosphere! i show a 20 ft wireless test!
@az well with a small model like mine there is a drop off just because of the basic equipment that i can get without spending tons of money(this stuff cost alot for a commoner),but when you have the proper equipment like tesla did, you can get to a penetrating voltage which brings the earth into a low resistive state and then energy is easily passed to all points evenly and at a resonant state which ensure safety of power, meaning high energy can pass and only resonate other wardenclyffe towers
@azmanabdula there are also harmonics of a carrier frequency and i show that smaller devices can be ran but at lower energy levels, its natures way of safety strangely enough, and this works for human power consumption and safety. if you watch my research videos on my account i show the whole workings and devices that are needed, my small model cost to much by myself and obviously tesla had so much money when he made equipment that falsifies the square law of fields because transmission is earth
He was technically beaten my Marconi BUT Marconi used 16 of Tesla's patents to transmit sound through the air... later a judge issued Tesla the patent for transmitting sound through the air. But everyone still gives Marconi the credit !!
@logitechEX100 hell yea brotha!!! tesla made energy go faster than light, why do people even talk of einstien! tesla even sayes this from his own work with wireless power!!! almost 2 times faster than light energy and data transmissions!! if people took a second to look up teslas works they would easily understand faster than light transfer! tesla made it easy to understand.
I think you under estimate the "grounding" of your equipment. Tesla intended to use the planet earth as the resonating electric charge with the use of thousands of synchronized "towers" of lower potential. He had to make it big and powerful because his was the only one.
Free energy technology exists! But a few ppl make too many billions from our energy needs to let this technology be known,Get a motor that needs no gas or electric input at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Let the revolution begin!
this is so sad these guys have so many resources which i dream about having and they are doing it totally wrong they need to build a Tesla Magnifier which uses three stages of resonance not two like in a simple tesla coil
@insightllc Can blow me? That's a new low for a "biblical prophet" Pissed at the great & powerful, psychic syzygy for dominating you no matter where you go? Hee, heee, you provide me w/ unlimited free entertainment!
Tesla's magnifying transmitter is not the normal tesla coil. Search for "Konstantin Meyl" and "Eric Dollard" whom are the known researchers successfully duplicating Tesla's work on wireless electricity transmission... Meyl could transmit electricity without the arcs and only a mere 2V!
your transmitter coil should not produce any arcs and should be a magnifying transmitter, I have transmitted at about 70% efficiency (not good enough I know) you have to work out how to use the scalar waves to transmit and receive electricity not traverse waves you are doing it wrong, also the receiving coil should be outside the field range.
unfortunatly it is not possible to transmit industrai levels of voltage without wire.It can only be transmitted a few feet.In tesla's later life he came down with mental illness.(at one point he was almost homeless )some years ago pbs(KCET) did a documentary on tesla. tesla did make major contributions to electronics in his early years. his development of the ac motor and the development of ac voltage to power things. He made a major exibition at the chicago worlds fair in 1893
These guys didn't mention that Tesla wanted to transmit the power and signals for free to the whole world. But since Morgan wanted to profit from it by metering it, he stopped funding Tesla. That's the real reason. Why don't you guys tell the truth, you lying snakes? That tells me that a new technology has possibly been devised to meter wireless electricity.
@TESLAMOTORS@SPARKY@SEISMOLOGY I AM HERE EARTHQUAKE #333 IS NOT AS SEISMOLOGY SHOULD GO (1) PRELUDE (2) GREAT SHOCK (3) AFTERSHOCKS THIS EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 3, 1899 HAD MANY GREAT SHOCKS. September 3, September 10, September 10, September 15, September 17, September 23, September 26, THIS ONE HIDDEN? AS 3 Is EARTHQUAKE #333 THE BIGGEST OF ALL TIME... NOW YOU SEE. TESLA WAS NOT O.C.D. WAVES IN THE BAY IN GROUPS OF 3 QUAKE#333 -Biblical Prophet
Tesla proved the renewable, no-cost service, but JP Morgan and his cohorts destroyed and buried it because they would not make money from the public, and that is absolutely true. For Sakoth, what others have made in their backyards is not what Tesla invented. In addition, the CIA confiscated Tesla's work upon his death and have shelved and classified it to prevent the public from having that which is for all.
You think there are problems with cell phones causing brain cancer. Just load a trillion watts of electricity wandering around the planet looking for some work to do. When Tesla did his experiments, the cows in the pasture next to his place had their hooves rot out from under them because of all the electricity coursing through them into the ground. Tesla's big contribution, however, was the use of A.C.. Edison was going D.C. but it was inefficient compared to A.C.
@bosatsu76 Not inefficient - not transmittable over long distances due to not being to transform DC to super high voltages you encounter problems with volt-drop and requirement of huge transmission conductors as for the hoofs rotting out due to electricity coursing through them that made me lol considering hoof material is an insulator..... you're probably one of the people who think that CERN will create a black-hole that will engulf the planet...correct?
@DieselDownunder I appreciate the information and explanation. Thank you. However, I do not appreciate your smarmy assumption that I am stupid and somehow not as worthy as you.
You have talents and expertise that I can rely on. I also have talents and expertise that you would be well to recognize and utilize yourself.
As for hooves being insulators... any insulator can be overcome or bypassed. Water on the hooves could easily become a path for a steady trickle of electrons.
@bosatsu76 im sorry if i offended you - i was just jesting....the cow scenario is intriguing...do you have any further info on this as im an electrical engineer an am fascinated as to why the cows would have been utilised as a current path - either way i am in awe of Tesla and have been for many years- just imagine if he was supported instead of suppressed due to fat rich pricks wanting more wealth - they make me sick!!!
@DieselDownunder apology accepted. You're right... Tesla's the man. He hid a lot of his own thinking from us for a reason. Everything we touch so far, we weaponize. When we grow out of this self-righteous, religiously dogmatic phase we can perhaps handle the energies that are in the universe.
My kid did a big report for school and chose Tesla as his subject years ago. That's how I remember reading about the neighbor's cow's hooves. They grew misshapen and became soft. Creepy.. and dangerous.
Sorry to be pedantic, but Wardenclyffe is in Long Island, NY, not New Jersey. Sadly, the site of the tower is now an empty lot, and little remains of his majestic creation...
Allegedly Tesla perfected wireless electricity. The utility giants didn't like it because they "couldn't slap a meter on it."
That the thing, metered electricity is a creation to get more money. The could do flat rate (Like phones did, do, etc.) but they choose to nickle and dime us.
HEY SPARKY... Google power meter was invented to regulate the consumption of power potentially provided to the public for sale by Google Energy, LLC using 111 year old Tesla technology. This venture between Elon Musk and Google was commemorated by the Triforce Easter egg symbols in 2009. Many of these triangle symbols were incorporated into the Google Doodles that lead up to the 09/09/09 9:09:09 Google Doodle and were subsequently removed from record in The Great Google Doodle Conspiracy.
@insightllc Something obviously went wrong in September 2009. Did they cause Sumatra? Did Zelda fan Susie Sahim take the fall because George Hwang was instructed by Larry Page and Sergey Brin to include the symbolic Triforce symbols? Ask The Three Musketeers of Tesla Motors. Oh wait... they died in Palo Alto and their bodies were burned beyond recognition while the city was in chaos soon after that.

These guys ARE not historians... They are wrong about half of there statements. Have an ear. I am not wrong. Nikola Tesla dropped out the race for transatlantic broadcast and receiving with Marconi and WENT OUT WEST BECAUSE HE WANTED TO SEND POWER NOT SIGNAL AND HE DID. NIKOLA TESLA CAUSED THE SEPTEMBER 1899 CAPE YAKATAGA AND YAKUTAT BAY EARTHQUAKES AFTER GOING OUT WEST. I AM NOT WRONG. YOU ARE. ETERNAL. I WIN.

@77syzygy Investigated by the FEDS for saying... TESLA MADE EARTHQUAKES! BAHAHAHAHAHA Tesla made earthquake no. 333 on September 3 at 3:03 pm epicenter time in 1899. (3h 03m 27s) - (3h 03m 28s) ROOM #3327 - #3328 DUH! -Tesla made earthquakes in 1899

Is energy efficiency 20%-30%. It will be just perfect. Imagine that if you drive a manual gasoline car with the best manner possible, you get 25% of efficiency!!! If you drive normally, you get around 20-22%. An automatic too has about 20-22%. Unimaginable.
With Tesla's energy transfert even at 30% you would have better energy efficieny but of course there are ways to increase dramatically energy efficiency (as in finding the correct resonance etc.).
Yes Tesla's wireless transfer was not efficient enough but he did it with minor funds in relation to the magnitude of his research. Imagine not JP Morgan, but the state & the army having continued to fund him. He would have perfected his approach and we would be there 100 years back.
For all these idiots who think the efficiency is the problem let them calculate first the energy lost in laying out all these billions of kilometers of cables throughout our lands, homes, devices
The world can only thank divine providence Nikola Tesla was in United States and not in Serbian Krajina during World War II, at the time Croatia was a fascist state ruled by demented Ustasha butchers, when all of Krajina — including village Smiljan, Teslas birthplace — was drowned in Serbian blood, and 750,000 Serbs in Croatia were mutilated and slaughtered in Jasenovac, a complex of grisly Croat death camps.
nice coil. I would suggest taking the time to read tesla's patents on electrical transmission. The inefficiency is due to the spark. Also you need an extremely low impedance grounding system, large sheet copper conductors. Read the patents.

I scrolled thorugh these comments and everyone is thumbs downing any comment that is pro-tesla. It is very disappointing. Tesla was a genius and way ahead of his time.
Because people are sick and tired of the TESLA NUTS trying to claim he did everything, when in fact there were many many many engineers, scientists, and inventors involved in creating the ac electrical system. The technology existed before tesla, even 3-phase. And the system would be impossible without the invention, by William Stanley and others, of the transformer in the form it is used today. Tesla himself would be dismayed at the ridiculous claims now being made on his behalf by cranks!
@indie3 Amen! Tesla's great legacy should in no way be tarnished by the idiots today who way over-exaggerate what he successfully achieved. (e.g. "free energy" bullshit)
Agreed. Wasn't Tesla also represented as a character in a movie with christian bale. The movie about two magicians back in this time perioud? I forget the name of the movie but it was good. It also had the "hacker" from swordfish as the competing magician. Is this correct?
yes!!!! 100 percent correct! you are learning the real tesla coil, it turns the earth into a giant conducting wire and no sparks, you wouldnt even hear them running they would be very quite!!! everyone please just check it out! i even show a 20 ft wireless transmission
Energy can be send and receive with air low preassure condution. My thoughts about Tesla's ideas can be found on: "Nikola Tesla and My Thoughts" (google it) and it has lot of interesting ideas like Tesla's combustion engine, Energy of space, Flying machine, Magnetic linear movement, Plasma on aluminum in water, Quantization of gravitation, Tesla's energy transmitter, Tesla's stile windmill and other interesting stuff.
please i am showing people the right way! i said the same thing, they are not using the coils correctly! i have shown a 20 ft wireless with a ton of tesla one wire transmission work and also a ton of teslas patents and theory so we learn this correctly. please everyone if you check my tesla work out you will see the difference from these guys, they are doing it all wrong! if you want real wireless power, you will have to build the coils alot differently! i show the difference!
Bogdan, ask any tesla nut about "free wireless electricity" and they will tell you about houses having antennas to pick up energy, your one per continent crap is irrelevant, and it would still be hopelessy inefficient. Why are you tesla freaks so fucking dim?
You said tesla "didn't mean to transfer thru the air"? lmao. The power would go thru AIR to reach the ionosphere, which itself is ionized AIR, then it would go thru AIR to reach the ground.
Billions of watts flowing thru ionized channels above our heads and houses, most of it wasted by not hitting receivers, birds fried when they fly thru it, ionization creating corrosive Ozone everywhere, kids choking. Wonderful.
LOL birds fried? At altitude of 90-600km? Must be some big birds... Ahm the idea was to build only one receiver per continent, and from that receiver to transfer the power through cables to homes. So how then there would be a waste of energy if there is only ONE receiver? Unless you're saying that electricity would "fall" of the ionosphere... lmao....
@azmanabdula no that guy is incorrect, it was the earth as a wire, teslas energy transmission work dealed in the end with one wire conductors like the earth, i put so much info for everyone, years of research, wardenclyffe tower had the hugest grounding rods ever and this was to force the high voltage charge on the wardenclyffe top terminal into the earth in an even distribution of charge to bring out electrostatic/magnetic waves that would travel the earth beneath all of us for power to all!!
no there is a waste but that is a small percent which is used to maintain a resonant wave complex on the earth, this is the same waste that keeps power in ac wires because when there is no draw from a powerplant the generators are still putting energy down the wires even without a resistive source connected to maintain the energy level, same with wardenclyffe and one wire conductors, if u get a chance to watch my videos you can get a better picture of the wardenclyffe than 500 word max lol. thx
@indie3 Ionizing air is a byproduct of the tesla coil. The true aspiration was to send it through radiowaves, not ionized air... Its the same concept as a transformer, in that electricity is transformed into another form of power, ie radiowaves, or magnetic fields, then picked up by a reciever that transfers it back into electricity.
Wireless transmission of electrical power would be ridiculously inefficient. THAT'S why it never happened.
For every watt received by an antenna many more watts would **not** hit an antenna and would be totally wasted.
If anything, the oil and coal companies would LOVE wireless transmission, because they would need to generate EVEN MORE power to make up for the huge losses due to wireless transmission!
If we are talking about using the ionosphere the way tesla intended, then it would be the single most efficient and effective means of distributing energy ever.
What kind of fans are you?? J.P. Morgan didn't cut off the fundings because Tesla was beaten by Marconi, it's simply because the wireless transmission of electricity would destroy any oil, or other company that's dealing with energy. Also some of his opponents burned that tower and the research couldn't get on, so Marconi took the chance... Hope some of you two will read this comment and learn something...
@ finjegroup- I can choose to drive a car safely, but how do I choose not to have my brains fried by gigawatts of radio frequency energy constantly coursing thru my living environment? (maybe you would be protected by your tinfoil hat)
Anyone who even thinks about flooding the environment with gigawatts of R.F. energy (in effect experimenting with unknown health effects on milions of innocent children) should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
Yeah lets send megawatts of electrical power thru the air that we live in, we can make the dangers of Cell-phone wireless radiation look like peanuts! Fried brains for everyone!
And wirelss power will be SO efficient lmao! Most of the power will be lost to atmospheric heating, a tiny percentage picked up by consumers. But hey, thats easily solved, we build 100 times as many power stations!!
i got 20 ft and used less voltage about 1000-5000 volts to obtain my results, if i was to use 100000 volts or more, my coils should have been able to go even further. i have gotten alot father than these guys and more efficient! please guys just check it out! its soo important!
Not only that this boys did not used appropriate measurement equipment, they did not calibrated frequency on the second coil. Properly adjusted system have no limitations over the distance and is much more efficient. We internaly engineered one unit for lab testing purposes, year and a half ago and are considering comercial applications after the war...
Otis Pond, an engineer then working for Tesla, once said, "Looks as if Marconi got the jump on you." Tesla replied, "Marconi is a good fellow. Let him continue. He is using seventeen of my patents."
But when Marconi won the Nobel Prize in 1911, Tesla was furious, and rightly so. Marconi won a Nobel Prize for something he didn't invent.
it was done purposly, the rich didnt want people to know that not only radio was possible, but WIRELESS POWER WAS EVEN MORE POSSIBLE! IF tesla won the nobel prize the he would have been given even more money to complete the project and he would be in the news and everything! its evil what they did to tesla! thats why i had to start making his wireless energy projects to wake people up, now i have proven 20 wireless energy tranfer, next i hope 100 ft! these guys are doing it all wrong!
In 1903 the US Patent Office made the following comment regarding Marconi:
"Many of the claims are not patentable over Tesla patent numbers 645,576 and 649,621, of record, the amendment to overcome said references as well as Marconi's pretended ignorance of the nature of a "Tesla oscillator" being little short of absurd... the term "Tesla oscillator" has become a household word on both continents".
But it wasn't until 1943 that the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Tesla's radio patent number 645,576.
1) Can't get test equipment to measure 110 khz? Are you kidding me? They are using a multimeter set up to measure DC and wall socket AC. Wrong tool stupids.
2) Wow, they got a 300 watt light bulb lit. I bet they put at least 1000 times that amount of power into the transmitter.
Let me guess. 30 million in federal funds allocated.
Tesla was doing this circa -1898... Dude ..Get a clue This Man discovered more than perhaps anyone in History..These guys here are not the greatest presenters..but they are getting out the message that has been supressed..NOW GO FIND OUT Why..."Peace whenever possible, Anything Is..." Medley
I am inclined to agree with this comment. The coil they are using does not transmit in a singular direction nor do they have a receiver set up which can re-transmit the energy back to its origin making it more energy efficient. I feel partly ashamed that a couple of guys with equipment from Home Depot are working on a military instillation.
This has probably been stated elsewhere here, but I don't wish to page back right now. Tesla actually beat Marconi to developing radio, which was later borne out in court.
guys i beat these guys, 1000 volts 20 ft much better efficientcy . please help me out by checkin my tesla work out, these guys are doing it all wrong. please just come by for a sec and watch my wireless energy video, you will be amazed!
I've seen Boxa's experiments they're dope, he's using low tech & working from the ground up. These guys r cool 4 focusing on Tesla but their exp needs work. I feel 1 thing necessary is elegance of the coil. Tesla used fine points on his coils to evenly distribute the sparks, SPRAYING them into the atmosphere. Those huge arcs r cool but too condensed - need to diffuse more energy into atmosphere. Think of water, a hose flapping around may spray u it may not - but a huge mist will soak everything
thanks man! i really wish i had the money these guys have! i would get an even better efficientcy and tell people what is really going on in the transformation of energy! u are very right! thanks for the support, much appreicated!!!
Tesla showed how there was more than enough static energy in the atmosphere for all the world's energy needs, that it could be obtained freely. In a capitalist system, that was enough to make sure such research got shut down. It was too democratic, could not be monopolized, and therefore could not be controlled by those who rely on deliberate, purposeful scarcity in order to make a profit. (Same reason why hemp is illegal, since it grows wild, unlike wood pulp, which can be controlled.)
Are you telling me that every country, every company, every guy with a few thousand bucks to splash around in order to never have to pay his electricity bill again, ever (and, possibly, even become a producer of electricity with nothing but a 1-time investment) is a part of a conspiracy?
People can make the sort of stuff Tesla used to make in their back yards these days, and yet nobody has come along to reproduce it. Do you really think that is plausible?
I'm telling you that of 6.5 billion people on the planet only a small fraction of these people are at true genius level. Telsa was one of those people. Tesla devloped alternating current, Tesla invented the electric motor, which to this day powers almost everything from drink mixers to hydro electric motor.
It took Newton to figure out the same force that controlls the motion of the planets is the same force that works on us. In another words sometimes the answer is right in front of us.
@teverde If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.
— Nikola Tesla
Tesla's ingenious clue left to uncover the real dates of experiments in Colorado Springs so not to be the dates of the Yakutat Bay earthquakes which are the literal AND symbolic BIGGEST quakes that rock the VERY planet TO YOUR CORE the biggest quakes in the history of mankind. But Wait, There is more....
@teverde Newton was proved wrong, he hypothesized (or at least his theory of gravity included) that gravity transmitted instantaneously. Einstein showed that this could not be the case and revolutionized the Newtonian view of gravity with General Relativity.

@Saktoth Yes, his plan never finished. That thing that people build in their backyards that was as much a toy to him as it anyone. This is the man who built the death ray. He loved what he did, a man ahead of his generation, a man who did not want monetary gains. He died penny-less, he should have been the first billionaire from his contract with the power companies. He ripped up that contract. His towers were powerful, but I imagine two or three would have been made around the world.

These men should not be representing their work- They are scatter-brained, uncharismatic, and sound unprepared while stumbling all over their thoughts. What's the point of all the science if they can't enthrall an audience? I just wanted them to shut up and have someone else appear to explain their experiment.
In my opinion, they have done tremendous job. Everything starts from this level. I believe that this technology will be used to transport electricity from one point to other in near future.
agree could be a solo point energy source for large public buildings, reduce a whole ton of construction cost, but could it be siphoned off and stolen? On a completely unrelated note, this would be a bud growers dream lol
I think you're assuming that cabled electricity is costless. The cables themselves and the associated mechanisms would probably cost more overall and over time than a wireless system, once adapted. It is a commendable idea. Practicability is the issue.
I'm just wondering if the light bulb is being energized through the receiving coil or directly by the transmitting coil's RF, similar to a flurescent bulb.
A hundred years on and they still seem so far behind what Tesla was doing - wasn't he intending to use the earth's electromagnetism and ionosphere to transmit energy literally around the world? Talk about the ultimate science experiment. I'm always amazed people remember Edison when Tesla was his superior. Even when you strip out the psuedo-science b.s. and mythology his work was astonishing. Is there anyone even close to matching his ambition? What about an x-prize ?! :)

It's probably been mentioned already, but what if you:
A. Had a number of receiving around the perimeter of the transmitting coil.
B. Had each receiving coil turned to a slightly different frequency.
In cases A and B, would you recoup a much larger portion the transmitted power?

The sparks are taking out too much energy. Take off the top capacitor and run the coil open at top and connected to the primary loop. The coil should have a self oscillation mode. Other than that there is a mode of operation that should push loss less energy to the second coil. Nice going on the demo great stuff.

Name Nikola comes from Greek meaning 'victory of the people' and for people he worked indeed :) My favourite inventor and hero, just got to love the man :) He honestly lived to give to the world and not take. I'd give him a hand and a hug if he would be here. Oh I forgot, he didn't shaked hands :))

please read the patents! tesla began with reaching the ionosphere, but came to the conclusion that you can send wireless power through the earth as a "one wire conductor" this is in the notes and patents. the wardenclyffe would not ionize the ionospere or crap like the propaganda. it would resonate the earth beneath all of us into a resonant "transmission line". i put up so much research to prove this, you excite the earth into a conducting wire not the ionosphere! i show a 20 ft wireless test!
boxa888 1 year ago 30
@boxa888 wouldnt the energy radiating out drop off dramatically?
azmanabdula 1 year ago
@az well with a small model like mine there is a drop off just because of the basic equipment that i can get without spending tons of money(this stuff cost alot for a commoner),but when you have the proper equipment like tesla did, you can get to a penetrating voltage which brings the earth into a low resistive state and then energy is easily passed to all points evenly and at a resonant state which ensure safety of power, meaning high energy can pass and only resonate other wardenclyffe towers
boxa888 1 year ago
@azmanabdula there are also harmonics of a carrier frequency and i show that smaller devices can be ran but at lower energy levels, its natures way of safety strangely enough, and this works for human power consumption and safety. if you watch my research videos on my account i show the whole workings and devices that are needed, my small model cost to much by myself and obviously tesla had so much money when he made equipment that falsifies the square law of fields because transmission is earth

@logitechEX100 hell yea brotha!!! tesla made energy go faster than light, why do people even talk of einstien! tesla even sayes this from his own work with wireless power!!! almost 2 times faster than light energy and data transmissions!! if people took a second to look up teslas works they would easily understand faster than light transfer! tesla made it easy to understand.
boxa888 1 year ago
I think you under estimate the "grounding" of your equipment. Tesla intended to use the planet earth as the resonating electric charge with the use of thousands of synchronized "towers" of lower potential. He had to make it big and powerful because his was the only one.

your transmitter coil should not produce any arcs and should be a magnifying transmitter, I have transmitted at about 70% efficiency (not good enough I know) you have to work out how to use the scalar waves to transmit and receive electricity not traverse waves you are doing it wrong, also the receiving coil should be outside the field range.

unfortunatly it is not possible to transmit industrai levels of voltage without wire.It can only be transmitted a few feet.In tesla's later life he came down with mental illness.(at one point he was almost homeless )some years ago pbs(KCET) did a documentary on tesla. tesla did make major contributions to electronics in his early years. his development of the ac motor and the development of ac voltage to power things.
Mystictruthes 1 year ago
You think there are problems with cell phones causing brain cancer. Just load a trillion watts of electricity wandering around the planet looking for some work to do. When Tesla did his experiments, the cows in the pasture next to his place had their hooves rot out from under them because of all the electricity coursing through them into the ground. Tesla's big contribution, however, was the use of A.C.. Edison was going D.C. but it was inefficient compared to A.C.
bosatsu76 1 year ago
@bosatsu76 Not inefficient - not transmittable over long distances due to not being to transform DC to super high voltages you encounter problems with volt-drop and requirement of huge transmission conductors as for the hoofs rotting out due to electricity coursing through them that made me lol considering hoof material is an insulator..... you're probably one of the people who think that CERN will create a black-hole that will engulf the planet...correct?

@DieselDownunder apology accepted. You're right... Tesla's the man. He hid a lot of his own thinking from us for a reason. Everything we touch so far, we weaponize. When we grow out of this self-righteous, religiously dogmatic phase we can perhaps handle the energies that are in the universe.
My kid did a big report for school and chose Tesla as his subject years ago. That's how I remember reading about the neighbor's cow's hooves. They grew misshapen and became soft. Creepy.. and dangerous.

Tesla had it right 100 years back.
papagamias 1 year ago
Yes Tesla's wireless transfer was not efficient enough but he did it with minor funds in relation to the magnitude of his research. Imagine not JP Morgan, but the state & the army having continued to fund him. He would have perfected his approach and we would be there 100 years back.
For all these idiots who think the efficiency is the problem let them calculate first the energy lost in laying out all these billions of kilometers of cables throughout our lands, homes, devices

Bogdan, ask any tesla nut about "free wireless electricity" and they will tell you about houses having antennas to pick up energy, your one per continent crap is irrelevant, and it would still be hopelessy inefficient. Why are you tesla freaks so fucking dim?
indie3 2 years ago 4
Bogdan;
Wonderful.
indie3 2 years ago 6
LOL birds fried? At altitude of 90-600km? Must be some big birds... Ahm the idea was to build only one receiver per continent, and from that receiver to transfer the power through cables to homes. So how then there would be a waste of energy if there is only ONE receiver? Unless you're saying that electricity would "fall" of the ionosphere... lmao....

azmanabdula 1 year ago
@azmanabdula no that guy is incorrect, it was the earth as a wire, teslas energy transmission work dealed in the end with one wire conductors like the earth, i put so much info for everyone, years of research, wardenclyffe tower had the hugest grounding rods ever and this was to force the high voltage charge on the wardenclyffe top terminal into the earth in an even distribution of charge to bring out electrostatic/magnetic waves that would travel the earth beneath all of us for power to all!!
boxa888 1 year ago
@boxa888 wouldnt that requires balls to the wall amounts of energy.....
wasting much of the energy through transmission?
cheers
azmanabdula 1 year ago
no there is a waste but that is a small percent which is used to maintain a resonant wave complex on the earth, this is the same waste that keeps power in ac wires because when there is no draw from a powerplant the generators are still putting energy down the wires even without a resistive source connected to maintain the energy level, same with wardenclyffe and one wire conductors, if u get a chance to watch my videos you can get a better picture of the wardenclyffe than 500 word max lol. thx
boxa888 1 year ago
@indie3 Ionizing air is a byproduct of the tesla coil. The true aspiration was to send it through radiowaves, not ionized air... Its the same concept as a transformer, in that electricity is transformed into another form of power, ie radiowaves, or magnetic fields, then picked up by a reciever that transfers it back into electricity.
Drmanbearpig 1 year ago
Bogdan901;
Wireless transmission of electrical power would be ridiculously inefficient. THAT'S why it never happened.
For every watt received by an antenna many more watts would **not** hit an antenna and would be totally wasted.
If anything, the oil and coal companies would LOVE wireless transmission, because they would need to generate EVEN MORE power to make up for the huge losses due to wireless transmission!
indie3 2 years ago 6
Funny how nothing what you said is true.
NO, that's not the reason why it never happened. I already said that it would be a disaster for companies.
Tesla didn't mean to transfer electricity through air, for crying out loud, but through ionosphere, which would make an excellent conductor.
Your third sentence doesn't make any sense at all...
Bogdan901 2 years ago
If we are talking about using the ionosphere the way tesla intended, then it would be the single most efficient and effective means of distributing energy ever.

But when Marconi won the Nobel Prize in 1911, Tesla was furious, and rightly so. Marconi won a Nobel Prize for something he didn't invent.

Supreme Court upheld Tesla's radio patent number 645,576.

guys i beat these guys, 1000 volts 20 ft much better efficientcy . please help me out by checkin my tesla work out, these guys are doing it all wrong. please just come by for a sec and watch my wireless energy video, you will be amazed!

Putting aside the science for a second, Sparky's hairdo is awful!

Look at Tesla's work for yourself, how it was quashed, and draw your own conclusions, friend.

i have done it, just come to my site, very possible! dont ever insult teslas work, it does work. everyone i have teslas wireless energy transfer!

In another words sometimes the answer is right in front of us.
valhala56 2 years ago
That doesnt mean he was right about everything. Newton was proven wrong by Einstein and Einstein himself was wrong about quantum theory etc.
Saktoth 2 years ago
Newton wasn't proven wrong by Einstein. Newton work "locally", Einstein "less locally".

***TO BE CONTINUED***

I just wanted them to shut up and have someone else appear to explain their experiment.

wow! that is a lot of money and time wasted to light a light bulb.

In my opinion, they have done tremendous job. Everything starts from this level. I believe that this technology will be used to transport electricity from one point to other in near future.
This is not waste of money and time.

agree could be a solo point energy source for large public buildings, reduce a whole ton of construction cost, but could it be siphoned off and stolen? On a completely unrelated note, this would be a bud growers dream lol

Tesla coils have been around for years, just search for "Tesla coil" on youtube. this is basically just reinventing the wheel for the 100th time.
Slug99 2 years ago
I think you're assuming that cabled electricity is costless. The cables themselves and the associated mechanisms would probably cost more overall and over time than a wireless system, once adapted. It is a commendable idea. Practicability is the issue.
KraljevicPavle 2 years ago
I'm just wondering if the light bulb is being energized through the receiving coil or directly by the transmitting coil's RF, similar to a flurescent bulb.
sdegroot1 2 years ago
A hundred years on and they still seem so far behind what Tesla was doing - wasn't he intending to use the earth's electromagnetism and ionosphere to transmit energy literally around the world? Talk about the ultimate science experiment. I'm always amazed people remember Edison when Tesla was his superior. Even when you strip out the psuedo-science b.s. and mythology his work was astonishing. Is there anyone even close to matching his ambition? What about an x-prize ?! :)
chris6770 2 years ago
you have to ionize the atmosphere to transmit long distance
