Okay people. There is an oil gland in your hair shaft, and sometimes people have issues and this oil won't come out like it's supposed to. If you don't get it out manually that clear oil will fester on your hair root and form what is called a "sebum plug" which will make the hair fall out and itch like crazy. Also, even before the hair falls out it itches like you would not believe. I know this because I have this condition. I just never knew what it looked like zoomed in 0.o
