All my other favorite performers usually disappoint me live. They can't sing worth shit in real life. But Ruki actually sounds very good. And he can sing high notes live, too. There are a lot of people who can't do that and need too much pitch correction.

For example, I have songs from Dir en grey that I love, but when I saw what they were like in concert I was very disappointed because they really don't live up to the amazing talent people tend to say they have.

Good song, I love how a lot J-Rock bands don't have a designated single lead guitarist like most Western rock bands- that's really cool that they broke that convention

Usually w/American rock there's a lead guitarist and rhythm guitarist and only the lead guitarist does solos- never the rhythm guitarist (at least with all the bands I used to listen to). But w/J-Rock they seldom follow that convention which is really amazing

@calibretto135 It is not just J-Rock that does that, in fact the "twin guitaring" was really pioneered by English band Def Leppard. It is quite common in Scandinavian metal!

But I get what you are saying, it is way more prevalent in Japanese bands. Especially Dir En Grey, the GazettE and Alice Nine.

Standard tuning works, I play the bassline on a Low B tuning and it works, you only need the E-A-D strings for this song anyway xD
