the tinknockers in this video kind of suck,! one guy is banging a drive w/ a claw hammer , one guy has his ladder improperly leaned on the wall , and the kid knocking down in the shop was very slow. But these are residental guys so this might not be bad , but would not cut it in a commercial shop

Union members need to get their head out of their ass and grow the fuck up I get so much shit from union company's. Union company's are the downfall of this nation look who they got elected.. plus paying for work fuck that I work hard for my money and im damned if im gonna give it to a union to ensure I have work, I work my ass off to ensure I have work. Plus with union companys no matter how shitty and slow you are you get a raise every year regardless when it should be based on work ETHICS!

I did electrical non unoin, and I will never ever want to work non union again.!!! ever ....Yea its true we get raises < but if you are dead wood you wont work , unless your are a knob sucking rat for the bosses.... Union due are cheaper then Non union dues.

Dear Shy Boy,

Firstly, who said I was a non-union sheet metal worker. I am a local 105 Union journeyman who finished there five year apprenticeship program. Secondly, what is wrong with someone choosing to work non-union, we still live in a democracy don't we? Union or non-union, we are skilled laborers, and fighting amoungst each other is what the people on top want us to do. Lastly, I have total respect for the working man, union or not, it's guys who need to be educated with the truth.

yeah, he's too damn good, like most union guys. Meanwhile, US Engineering is now laying off. I'm running a shop 3 miles up the road, within the past week we hired another shop helper and 2 lead guys in the field...one of them came from US E and he's a jerkoff.

People are people. Union guys often think they're better, but they'd be just as good or bad if they were nonunion.
