@halloweennight1986 Navene uses Meinls. Clearly the two companies saw good reason to add both artists. I'm not sure why you think Aaron's shitty to be honest. His fills are solid and he likes to groove. I'm expecting you're going to be butthurt and tell me some sob story about Dream Theater and Led Zeppelin. I just don't want to hear it.

Their drum styles are totally different.

Daniel plays very choppy and chaotic. It gives Underoath a heavier sound.

Aaron played in a more fast, and cleaner sounding style.

But both drummers fit Underoath's music just fine.

@pentucketXC05 If you honestly think that they are better with Daniel then you never liked underoath. Aaron was basically what shaped the band. Define The Great Line was their best album by far. He created a distinct difference from every other band. Without him, I don't even consider them underoath. Aaron's drumming skills are absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention his singing, which was amazing. Daniel isn't close to the skill of Aaron. Only original member left, they shouldn't be called UO.

DTGL stayed in my alpine for at least a year if not 2 without taking it out. That was ALL I listened too cause there was nothing like it. LITSOS was right next to DTGL, both brilliant.

Aaron Gillespie is the absolute best drummer. For all the heart he puts into his playing and for the fact he plays god. God bless Aaron man. He is one of the most memorable drummers that will ever live. Personally better than The Rev. And people say Tommy Lee is the best. Shame on them.
