lol i do plyo at 5 in the mornin. keep bringin it brah! yea u keep incorperating after usually u pick plyo, yoga, kenpo, or just strict weight liftin to get into after ur done.
Chad, I want you to think about a few quotes I pulled from your video. "I had a cold earlier in the week." "half of my Plyo" "Shoulders and Arms only got half of that workout"
If it were anyone else, they wouldn't have done a damn workout, so great job in pushing through my friend. P90X is a lifelong journey, not some 90-day program like they advertise, so you just work through the sickness and injuries that happen. Tony's not joking when he says "Do your best and forget the rest."
hey me again :) so yea to answer your question to stay in shape im thinking about joining sports, and thinking bout doing p90x 2 more times then moving on to p90x pluse which is the next level of p90x. haha i think i might be addicted to it.
hey i remeber when i was sick, i was worried because i didn't know wether i should do p90x or not, but i found out that if your sick from the neck up, like lets say a runny noise then its ok to work out, but if your sick from the neck down like stomach aches you should probably take it easy. so yea just sum info from my experience, and im goin to leave another comment answering the question u asked :)
Chad, you've got the energy, bud! You just gotta dig deep! You're doing great and the bumps along the way will happen, it's all about how you get up and keep going that matters! Stay consistent, man! And P90XMINNESOTA is right, you should add an extra week if you feel you should. Otherwise, just keep pressing play and keep with it! Good job so far, Chad!
Forget the speedbump and keep pressing play. You'll deal with setbacks during P90X whether it is illness or injury caused by the program itself. Working around both of these is part of being a P90X'er. Anyone claiming to have gone through P90X without hurting something at some point in the process probably didn't push themselves hard enough. Do an extra week before the recovery week if you feel you lost too much time, if not, just stay the course and bring it in Phase II.
You are 36 and look like you are 50.
