Btw this took much, much longer then 30 minutes for me, more like 3 hours. I assume you meant block as a major skill? I've got my block as a minor & it's at 91 at present. I'll probably just do it to 96 then seek out the skill books to complete it.

go and search up the vidio "on youtube" daedric armour the easy way.

Then go on the vidio "Full daedric armour the easy way - Rockmilk cave"

Then the person who made the vidio will show you where it is on the map and show the place around. THE PLACE IS FULL OF BANDITS WITH LIKE EVERY ARMOUR IN THE GAME!!! NOT JOKING!!

After 3 days the badits will respawn and you can go there again and kill them.

SO THERE GO ON THAT VIDIO AND THEN MAKE ONE OF UR OWN!!!
