NO, cops on duty are not allowed to be having fun! Duh, what are you a cop? No work place allows for you to drink or play while on the clock, they pay you to work. SO what becasue cops have a badge that allows them to break all the rules they enforce to those who are "OFF" the clock? These officers cannot be trusted. They need to be randomly drug tested, and they need to be video taped at ALL times! Miami Beach residents and tourists: get your camcorders out and we will expose all of the corrupt officers together.

I also have reason to believe that 2 officers that I had a run in with recently must have been on steroids and or cocaine. The way they were acting was certainly not in a sober manner, they were on this crazy power trip, they were so angry with me after I was being fully cooperative and nothing but nice to them.

I strongly encourage anyone that sees Miami Beach police officers doing anything suspicious to go down to the MB Police Department and file a written complaint. One might not do much, but if we all speak out there has to be something that can be done.
