Buddhism is not a religion in the sense that we think of Islam, Christianity, or Judaism. Buddha never claimed to be God or a manifestation of God. He claimed to know a way to end suffering by removing attachments and being mindful of one's thoughts. Buddhism can help make you a better muslim.

the only thing that does disconcert me, is practicing buddhist on this page wh ohave left comments preaching "the only way" through mind and speaking of being disgusted. my respectful advice for these is to do as they themselves ask and open their minds. you will not convince another to follow the path on youtube anymore than they will to lead you to christ. simply enjoy your own happiness and atempt to help others with theirs. only ones self can decide his way of spirit.

i suppose those against the teachings of the eight fold path have their own rightful arguments. all may beleive and do as they wish in this life or any other for that matter. however one finds connection through the spirit whether it be someone who does it through a god or through their own journey for enlightenment and understanding, they are doing it for their own will.

Buddhism is not a religion in the sense that we think of Islam, Christianity, or Judaism. Buddha never claimed to be God or a manifestation of God. He claimed to know a way to end suffering by removing attachments and being mindful of one's thoughts. Buddhism can help make you a better muslim.

All mantras are meant to break down to meaningless vibrations after reciting it countless times. Thats their true power and purpose. if he feels something just through a song or a sound no one needs to understand the meaning. Fools can reach enlightenment faster than scholars.
