@manx1324 hey man. i took a 3 day break. i used be able to spin them realllllllllllly good but now i cant even keep the darn things off the ground! they seem slippy and clumsy. ive been cleaning them with a warm damp cloth. all 3 sticks. am i supposed to use room temperature water and only clean the hand sticks?
@manx1324 seems like i might of worn them out for good by cleaning them TOO much. when im cleaning them, should i pat them down, wipe them down like cleaning a cucumber or something like that or some other way? and any specific cloth should i use thats more gentle on them? ive been using a wash rag like for washing your face or body. i run it under the sink then ring it out and wipe it down like cleaning a cucumber or something. im sending them into lunastix to get them refurbished.
@PineGroveBird I have always used a wet paper towel and just wiped it down, then let it air dry. But lunastix does have the lifetime warranty so they should fix it. Good Luck!
@Kix421 Honestly, it depends on your play style. I like them, but I'll warn, they are a FAST stick! I played with Equinox for about 3 years. Some people prefer the slower more relaxed flowy play style, in which case stick with the Masters. Also, Masters are better if you mix body moves in with it, like neck rolls and such. Now, I use a pair of Equinox handsticks, and a custom made baton from Crystal Stix the length of the equinox, but a little flashier color. See my sticks vid for demo.

i noticed with mine, sweat makes them a little slippery. will wiping them off with a damp cloth and letting them air dry get that good grip back?

@PineGroveBird that shouldn't make a difference, but i have always used cold water. Try not cleaning them for a while and see what that does.

How would you say these compare to the master set? Is it worth "upgrading" to the equinox?

@Kix421
where the master is like a honda civic, these are like a ferrari.
in my opinion, they are definitely worth it

Thanks for posting this. I'm curious about the equinox but not sure they're worth the price. Your review helps.

if you already know how to use flower sticks and are going to stick with with it, then i'd say they are definetely worth the price.
