He's one of the reasons I wanna give voice-acting a shot also. Steve Blum has a badass voice--I've tried to do the voice just as his, and can make it pretty close...although he'd still kick my ass. I believe the Vincent clip is from Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII for PS2; Vincent has more dialogue in the game as far as I know. I gotta borrow that game from my friend since he has it.

I first heard Steve Blum (credited as "David Lucas") in GTO, which is one of my favorite series of all time. But damn, look at his IMDB page! He does some awesome work! Coming from Cowboy Bebop, I loved his work with Mugen from Samurai Champloo. Funny because the 2 characters were intentionally made to be completely different in personality but Watanabe made Mugen with the intention of having Blum play Mugen.
