if anyone can help me out - i'm using vista, and whenever i go to download winrar, it gives me the option to either "save" or "cancel," NOT run. when i save it and try to open it, it says "this link needs to be opened with an application. send to:" and then i have absolutely no idea how to open it. if anyone can help me i'll be eternally grateful!
