Tricept??! TRICEP..damn. This is one of the most inferior TRICEP exercises one can perform. Shoulder position affects the heads of the tricep. (Not wrist position!) This is due to length-tension. When one puts the arm in the kickback position the long head of the tricep is sitting slack and getting virtually no work....not to mention doing this with a free weight which gives minimal resistance through a crummy range of motion while it is actually the shoulder stabilizing the weight.
