It's modern and address young tibetans who are living outside of tibet,especially tibetans in Europe and North America. My tibetan isn't really that well,but the text is easy to understand (Thx for sub) and so true. it encourages young tibetans to do more for their own culture by speaking and writing tibetan, to care of their family and not forgetting our Bro's and Sisters in Tibet!
