I think that Goblin contributed soundtracks to virtually EVERY horror film released in Italy in the late 1970's- including Romero's wonderful MARTIN, which was retitled VAMPYR. When this concert was reviewed in METAL HAMMER they gave Goblin an astounding 9 out of 10 for their performance! All hail Goblin!

ciao a tutti! io ero presente a Foligno il 25 giugno! davvero grandissimi, immensi, una serata memorabile. purtroppo quwsto è il paese delle caste ,anche musicali. finchè vanno avanti i Carta, Pausini, Negrita,Ligabue e company, la musica di qualità verrà sempre snobbata. la loro sfortuna è di essere italiani, fossero stati inglesi gli avrebbero inseriti nell'olimpo dei grandi musicisti, insieme a PInk Floyd, Genesis, Yes etc.

Is this from a movie? I don't recall this one--if it's not from a movie I was totally unaware Goblin did non-movie soundtrack albums.

@AlanSessler yeah it's not in movie. ;) is from roller amazing album by goblin.
some other tracks on the album were used in "wampyr" a movie directed by george a. romero.

Simonetti is a relatively busy man, many commitments for various films.
Soundtrack work is a full time job. That's a big reason OIngo Boingo broke up when they did. Danny Elfman was busy doing various soundtracks.

@aledelverne the bass player is the only member who has consistently been present. it wouldnt be goblin without fabios thumpy playing.
