It would be great to have intelligent programming, but we all know that television is used to keep the masses dumb and in a catatonic (I love that word) state.
I really like the intersection and metropolitan ideas. And, personally, I would love a channel that just shows movies from the 80s. I think the 80s was when tv was at its best, when movies had a perfect balance between an emphasis on plot and an emphasis on effects.
