Dude, this is a nice track...but your guitar seriously needs tuning/ intonating correctly as some notes are painfull to listen to.

Very nice. I don't want to criticize because as a guitar player I hate when people tell me what they think I should do. But one MINOR thing: try dialing down the highs on your eq. A little more midrange and your phrasing will stand out better. The tone will become warmer and more articulate, more voice-like. I'm NOT tearing down your playing though, sounds very soaring, soulful and emotional. Thank you for sharing. Peace.

I have a few issues with your tone. Your vibrato is too quick and gives an unstable feel. Your distortion is clouding your "real" tone, and isn't great. I like your style of play, and the song itself is pretty sick. Good job overall.

The songwriting is great. Really enjoyed it! Are you using a Line 6 POD? Sounds like the lead sounds I used to get out of mine! Some people are put off by criticism but thought I'd say it anyway. Your vibrato could do with some work. I'm saying this because its surprising how much a controlled vibrato can add to phrasing in songs like this! Anyway, keep up the good work mate!

Yea, it sounded very line 6 like lol. Have you tried using impulses with it?? You will be surprised at the quality you get from it.

@ChristopheDeremy Impulses are speaker cabinet simulations. Similar to the cabs you use with line 6 as in they are filters but are much better!

Your chords, arpeggios and harmonies behind the lead guitar are awesome. Your melody is breathtaking, but I might have chosen a sweeter sound for the lead, turning half down the tone spot to get the attack softer. This is my only critic about this great peace. Also your vibrato is interesting but it's strange to hear it at some note and not at another one. Seems you play it randomly. Anyway, very impressive composition !

I agree that it's good, no doubt he can play, and the sound is good as well. I don't want to be "the dick" that just says negative sh*t to try to piss people off. But, this sounds like mid-nineties (average) guitar playing to me. It's something no one would pay attention to if they weren't watching him actually play it while they listened. It sounds a bit dated, I don't kow where this would fit in today?
