lol just because you don't agree with the evidence doesn't mean its "unscientific"...stupid conservatives, its cheaper to keep the program and stop spreading AIDS than to close it and let people die uncared for by the government..it doesn't create crime, it manages existing addictions for the safety of people addicted and their communities! yay harm reduction!
