Hi! In WordPress when you're in the New Post or New Page, there is a tab at the top right of the text area which says "Visual" or "HTML" ... hope that helps!
Very informative video. I noticed that you had an issue with refreshing? Just so you know, your browser attempts to reload based on existing cookies in the cache. This makes loading websites much faster because it doesn't have to re-download all of the files every time you visit it. But it can cause problems if you are attempting to few new changes.
Next time you are trying to view changes, try doing CTRL + F5. This does a cache refresh instead. That might help you out. :)

@ng4523 Search Google for "notepad++" and use that editor. Notepad++ is free and super nice and easy to use.
