There are some "real" unreleased weapons actually, like the Card weapon, the Katana (used by Mr.Monk in Arcade but with different attacks), the Sentiforce (appears in the tutorial actually), the Vital Shock (for old players of S4 Korea only) and the Mine Gun (S4 Korea only).

Along with locked maps, skills and what else.

0:45, 4:40 Those are normal map textures, not diffuse textures. It is used to give the gun a bumped appearance ingame, just like with, say.. the "pillow pants" your guy is wearing. Similar to a bump map but supposedly slightly better. Diffuse textures would be like the alternate textures (or the default ones for that matter).
