  • Outstanding!!!!!!!!

  • @atver1961 Thank you for your fine comment

  • Wonderful!

  • @gh2106090 Thank you for your fine comment

  • fine piece of machining. have you made the crankshaft out of one piece?

I was busy to make my own crankshaft but I gave to much pressure on the lave and it bended in to an angle of 80 degrees and it flew out of the lave. it had an stroke 35 and an bigend of 9 mm it was pretty unstable

  • @badijks Thank you for your fine comment, and yes I make my crankshafts from a solid

piece of steel. If you would like to see how, please visit my web site

  • that engine truly is amazing. good job and keep it up. you should hook a engine like this up to a generator or water pump, that would make a fine piece of art wich would still be verry usefull.

  • @cooey84 Thank you for your fine comment, I have never thought of using my engine

for anything else than running, but perhaps I should make a generator for one in the

    future.

  • ive seen a lot of engines, but your´s look simply phantastic. lots of beautiful details. keep on going!

  • @VAMIRACING Thank you for your fine comment

  • Excellent video, and very nice engine! Did you make any drawings for it ?

  • @gwheyduke Thank you for your fine comment, and yes I made the drawings because it is my is my own design

  • Beautiful engines and superb craftmanship !

  • @jozafax Thank you for your fine comment

  • Fucking brilliant what a machine but more important what an inventor im going to go buy a hat so I can take it off to him.

  • @freesexyew Thank you for your fine comment

  • love the small oil can :P

  • @xNazzeMANx Thank you for your fine comment

  • what happens if the speed limiter is removed?

  • Det nogle meget fine små motore du har der!

  • Beautiful and amazing workmanship Mr. Hansen! All of your engines are impecable! I share the same passion for engines in miniature, especially of diesel variety and eclectic designs. Hopefully I get the opportunity to make some engines myself. Could you explain the fuel system some more? Very curious of sizes/strokes pressures, materials and techniques you used! Also the water pump? Any referancing materials or websites inquiring minds can look up? Thank you much!

  • Best on on u tube ,precision, sound and verry responsive gov .

  • I could sit and watch and listen to this engine all day. Take a bow sir ...beautiful workmanship.

  • @deanotune Thank you for your fine comment

  • @deanotune sado

  • Beautiful workmanship.

  • @HD7100 Thank you for your fine comment

  • Does this engine have a 180 degree crank? It sounds like it to my ear.

  • @mgraemem Thank you for your comment, and yes this engine has a 180 degree crank shaft.

  • @boksermotor

so it fires 180 degrees apart then 440 degrees? why not seperate by 360 degrees between firing?

Is the injection pump a difficult part to make with injectors?

I had figured that it must be very hard to get them to work below a certain scale.

I always wanted to make a miniture diesel for a locomotive with about 20mm bore and at least 6 cylinders, it would be 2 stroke loop scavenge with a centrifugal blower and would drive a dynamo, that would be cool.

  • @tpvalley Fantastic engineering!

  • @tpvalley Thank you for your comment. When I build this engine that fires 180 degrees apart, I was thinking

about the engine balance, one piston up and one piston down. Later I build the double apposed and the twin

engine, witch fires 360 degrees apart. It is a bit difficult to make the injector pump, the injector and the governor

system that small if you want the engine to run properly at a low speed say about 300 rew.

  • i love this video, it's so relaxing |-)

  • @shegar2011 Thank you for your fine comments.

  • That's absolutely beautiful. It makes me smile and feel envious of your skill at the same time.

  • @Raidfreak Thank you for your fine comments.

  • wow this is impressive to say the least!

  • @jeffcon123 Thank you for your fine comments.

  • whut is it?

  • @TheKingofkings409 Thank you for your comment, and it is a 2 cyl. hot bulb model engine.

  • A masterful piece of engineering and mechanical skills, Bravo!

  • @SuperWilyum Thank you for your fine comment

  • Balls out baby

  • @mraycgz Yes at about 15o rew.

  • I can certainly see that you take great pride in your work! The fit, finish and overall appearance of this engine is fantastic!

  • @JGMagoo Thank you for your fine comments

  • I would trade my soul for that thing, lol. You should sell plans on how to make it. I would buy a copy.

  • @OneCoolDude08 Thank you for your fine comment, I am sorry ,I do not sell plans.

  • Wow! that is one of the finest pieces of craftsmanship I've ever seen.

  • That has to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen in a long time.I tip my hat to ya.

  • Omg this engines is so beaut :)))

  • @HOJNIA88 Thank you for your fine comment

  • This made me happy.

  • @iggy151 Thank you for your fine comment

  • very impressive! how long did it take you to build this?

  • @rm688 Thank you for your fine comment, I never count the time when building a model engine, because I

know it always take longer tine than expected.

  • Hej.

  • You sir are a trust craftsman and artisan. Sadly there are so few of your type in the world, but keep on what you're doing and spread your knowledge. I love to learn and i love to build things. Your videos really inspire me. Thank you.

  • @NightTurkey82 Thank you for your fine comments

  • WOW! Do you ever sell your awesome creations?

  • @royalbrainwave Thank you for your fine comment, and yes I do sell some of my engines.

  • I really love these engines! Where did you learn to make that?? i really want to make this my hobby but i dont know how.

  • @SthealthRaider Thank you for your fine comment, I learned to build model engines by experience, I have

    built engines for many years.

  • This is a superb example of fine detailed engineering in miniature. Your informative commentary was much appreciated. Greetings from NZ.

  • @peteacher52 Thank you for your fine comment

  • could you rev them once for me?

    it is like music

  • @robot797 Thank you for your fine comment

  • Beutiful work, it's like poetry in motion.

  • @jakobnev Thank you for your fine comment

  • The sound reminds me a little of old gas tractor engines...

  • @douro20 Thank you for your comment

  • i love hot bulb engines and their ability to run on multi fuels

    fantastic work

they hawe so mutch soul in them

    words cant describe

  • @georg841984 Thank you for your fine comment

  • Absolutely superb - what an achievement! Thank you for sharing. John.

  • @Manorfarmdenton Thank you for your fine comment

  • Hello Sir,

I just attended a hot bulb tractor event today so i started looking for some videos of hot bulb engines.

This is amazing! Such a work of art.

    Thank you for sharing.

    Kr,

    -Kevin

  • @detaart Thank you very much for your fine comment.

  • Beautiful!

  • @sidecrank Thank you for your fine comment

  • Model engineering dosn't get any better than this, absolutely beautiful work.

Thank you for sharing it with us. :)

  • @barumman Thank you for your fine comments
