Actually Cammy is not British, she doesn't have a home country because she's the clone of Bison. The only reason she's always put on England is because after Alpha 3 Vega brought her there.

you can look up "Cammy History" by Yuka Minakawa, this was actually written before Cammy appeared in SF, ofc I'm not really sure if Capcom used another history other than this one, but they clearly used a lot of it. You can also try to learn Japanese, finish the first game that she appeared on and take your own conclusions xD, I was trying to find a translated version but I couldn't : / . There also many more comics centered on Cammy, which one Capcom considers oficial, I don't really know xD

Soul Calibur = I'll give you this one, SC is a good series.

Def Jam = seriously?

Mortal Kombat = Just blood and gore, not much gameplay since the series went 3d (hooray for sidetepping projectiles?)

Soul Blade = That's from the same series as soul calibur.

DragonBall Z = You have to be kidding.

Smash bros = Its got a good tournament scene + skilled players, so I'll agree with this one also.

Well if you condense them by series, then you greatly narrow down the selection of 3D fighters we have to begin with without resorting to having to name off "Def Jam". Tekken, despite your stance on it being "flawed tragically", is without a doubt a highly rated series, but Tekken 4 wasn't quite the hit that say Tekken 3 and 5 were.

Ratings and fighting games have never gone together quite well anyway; Mortal Kombat also manages high ratings, but I doubt you're going to stand behind that one.
