WAR is Yugoslavia started when Germany on Dec. 16 1991 Recognized Independence of Slovenia and Croatia.

That was the start of Yugoslavian civil war. BERLIN wall fell in 1989 but 1000 New Walls have been built. Example Bosnia Kosovo , Serbia Croatia , DEEP divisions still exist. 2011.
