Hi Paul, I purchased the Hamstring Flexibility System and I will start the Conditioning program on Monday, can you please tell me how many times a week I have to practise the Conditioning Routine? I know that I need to do it for 1 month before I can start doing the Progress routine, but not clear how many times a week, considering also that I train in Kung Fu 3 times a week.
