The remotes look very interesting, although they seem slower to use & move though menus (maybe that's partly his not being used to the remote?) Half a decade ago ATI's MMC remote wonders allowed remote cursoring but it was hard to land on the mark u wanted to.

This has a cool factor for sure but practical for a media center PC IDK.

Oh, was that Cyber Link's Power Cinema or what? Otherwise someone should tell them the names taken...
