merle should be in the "delta music hall of fame" located in ferriday, louisiana i am working on that. all he did in music, is great and is sadly missed, there is a street named for him in shreveport & there should be, i met him in houston, and he let me on hanks bus because we knew some of the same folks, and i was going to louisiana tech at the time.
