the 'zulu' boat, small z often wrongly given a capital letter, in this place represents the most powerful British sailing craft of its size in any era as its dipping lug rigs reached the technological boundaries of wood and cordage and after an ambitious bid at a restoration, the boat was neglected until fit only for its present display as a wreck! But it's still interesting as one of the most efficient working boat sail power designs, recommended as a rebuild sail trainer!
remember the windmill takes the same energy of the speed as it gives you (+ 30% loss in converting to electricity) and is only optimal when standing still, a sail on the other hand might be more efficient as you can take them down easily. But i don't think you can patent boats with solar panels and windmills. Because sailboats already have that.
Good idea. But I would not put windmills on the boat because the wind resistance would be counter productive and it casts shadows on the solar panels.
This is a good idea. I think it would depend on conditions on whether the boat could keep going all the time without outside power input. One thing it could have, which it hasn't, is ability to use the wind to drive the craft directly using wingsails. I think cloth sails are a little too difficult to use.

I wouldn't have made this video. Now Solarsailor is going to take your idea and patent it so that no one but them can make solar/wind powered boats.

you cannot shade even part of a PV panel. So the wind gennies have to be repositioned somehow.
