A maxed up (stats) character is God, apes are fine try playing those with a friend than tell me if he says to you "oh apes are pussycats" and difficulty is fine... i just remember a maxed character in that game could be even Mr.Satan he would anyway do damage.

Your right about that blast volly gohan the best way to win apes or things that wont move with normal attacks is keeping them away from u and using range attacks but if ur really powerful like in the video the first ape does re-act from strikes
