The Cove is the very dirty documentary film that reveales the brutal way Japanese people in Taiji are being treated by Ric O'Barry and Louie Psyihoyos .Cove crew made this cinema with dirty trap against Japanese. Cove crew cheated innocent people, told a lie against simple fisherman, violated Japanese law. They did everything against ethics. They think they are permited to do any thing in order to propagate their religion for money. Obviously for money they did it.

How about slaughtering 3700000 kangaroos every year in Australia for pleasure? How about killing 500 thousands dolphins by round haul net fishing every year　in 1970s in the coast of America?　Why against only Japanese?

I don't like the way the movie expresses their agenda. I believe that embarrassing people in public, treating them like criminals,or imposing AMERICA's beliefs on them don't work effectively.

When I swam with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus Research Facility in the keys it absolutely blew my mind.Their intelligence is incredible they interacted with me in the water in a way that was unlike any other animal I have ever been with including Orangutans.they have a 5th sense of echo/sonar location thats unique among mammals. They deserve our friendship and protection.

speaking as one who is "wired" different than the norm. i believe the issue lies in my thought, that humans feel superior to our neighbors: be it brothers & sisters of water or air, deep in the earth or the air we dont always see, unless the wind blows .

I can somwhat imagine how the " others" must feel. They try & try to love us, have us "see"; yet most dont, yet they seem to display unconditional friendship or kinship.

I truly understand how you feel...I have lost all 9 of my Beautiful Gold Fish...And Yes....before they passed on..They came to me in my dreams..and told me they loved me...And always will...They lived a beautiful 3 years with us...In captivity.....Since my parents wanted to keep them in a small little fish tank...I thought why don't we get a big 60 gallon one TT..TT So they can actually enjoy the more space. But hey, They told me in my dreams. They are free now ^_^

When I saw that Cove of them killing the dolphins for the first time, it felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest.

I have to say I don't advocate mindless violence but had I been present in that cove, many "fishermen" would be in need of serious medical help. But as you said it wouldn't solve or change a thing. It all starts with awareness and the deliverance of information to change minds in a progressive manner.

There is something different about Whales and Dolphins for me....they are other worldly, wise and of assistance in ways we see and don't see. Oh, I agree so much with you. So much where we hurt animals (or people around us) is based on fear.... not prepared or willing to feel what we do to animals and nature. Going for more and more awareness of people, to know that we all are connected to this planet and all the nature and animals.
