I dont own a dutch oven. Can you suggest another dish to use possibly. Maybe a ceramic baking dish with a lid? WOULD THAT WORK?

Got to love Old World breads. I fucking hate the typical lunch bread crap you buy at the store. It's all made using white wheat too. Blech.

it is nice to see though that the word has spread about the bread from the krustenbrotland.
maybe the publisher of this video will try to prepare what is called a 'sauer' at some later stage.
there sure are enough recipes about.
the point is - you can make decent bread yourself. yes, you can. don't eat crap!

i could not believe that quarter a tsp can raise the dough.
but the result are great.good job
yes a quarter tsp of yeast can raise the dough if you leave it 18 h or one night, you will see the result.
