  • I dont own a dutch oven. Can you suggest another dish to use possibly. Maybe a ceramic baking dish with a lid? WOULD THAT WORK?

  • Got to love Old World breads. I fucking hate the typical lunch bread crap you buy at the store. It's all made using white wheat too. Blech.

    it is nice to see though that the word has spread about the bread from the krustenbrotland.

    maybe the publisher of this video will try to prepare what is called a 'sauer' at some later stage.

    there sure are enough recipes about.

  • yes a quarter tsp of yeast can raise the dough if you leave it 18 h or one night, you will see the result.
