@reddragon52894 actually no, it has lost its shine but not any noob can get it. The vidmaster challenges are the hardest challenges out there. theyre brutal, and they are really hard to get. if you do them you deserve recon. although eventually everyone would have had friends help them get it.

ODST = Stealth so does not show on radar

CQB = Tougher armour cannot be assassinated

SECURITY = harder armour stronger melee attacks

HYABUSA = Slightly higher jumping

EOD = better resistance against grenades and splash damage

SCOUT = less recoil on weapons

RECON = Recharge shields faster

ROUGE = Reload and grenade toss happen faster

People put a lot of time into getting these perms i just wish perks came with perms (I am so going to Bungie with this)

If I could design it I would only have the helmets giving the perks. however if there was a way to make it work then sure.

Running faster, cannot be assassinated and able to recharge faster, however if you use the full armour say for EOD then grenades do only lets say 75% of the damage but if you combine RECON with EOD then the grenades would do about 90% damage and the shields would only recharge 25% faster, so if you mix and match it dilutes the power of the perks
