@obermucke you can buy them in france from anywhere in france, its so easy. go int6o a shop that is being run by either pakistani's or africans, due to you speaking english they dont even ask how old you are as long as you give them the money! seriously though france is like the easiest place to get them, i was on a french exchange when i was 12 (two years ago) and they happily surved us fireworks, beer and knifes! No jokes!, us english seem to get away with everything over seas!
