No one was not born knowing how to speak a language, you grow up learning it from people around you. maybe she was just brought up in China or a Chinese speaking environment.

巴基斯坦人也是农耕民族，印度河流域是世界最早农业区域之一，比黄河流域还要久远，新疆维族也是农业民族，哈萨克倒是游牧民。
如果你感觉韵味不同，那可能是因为两个原因:
1) 颤音，有一点点就不一样； 2) 深喉音，阿拉伯语深喉音特别多，受伊斯兰影响，伊斯兰民族声调比较深。
