He is expressing in his folksy way, that the base in it's present size is beyond the capacity of that island. This was by no means the most boring part of this session btw. What's even funnier ( read scarier) is that this Congressman was re-elected in his Georgia district with 74.2% of the vote. But there are 3 possible explanations: 1.Tthey have an upper limit on the IQ score to be eligible to vote (apparently around 75); 2. The only voters allowed in the polling place were loyal, sheep-like Democrats (Dumocrats?); or, 3. The ballots were already in the box when the voters got to the polls. There can be no other reasonable explanations for him having won.

Should more than 5 gaather in 1 place, the police should shoot the fattest one(s) then place their bodies on the uninhabited side of the island for ballast. Also ban love making (and the associated bouncing) UNLESS a couple on the other side of the island agrees to "partake" at the same time(s), thereby cancelling each others 'bounce'.
