These Open Carry A-holes in MI. (where we HAVE "shall issue" CPL laws) are doing NOTHING but screwing it up for the rest of us! The ONLY reason OC is legal in MI. is because there are no laws prohibiting it (YET!)?
Keep "making your point" and OC when you don't really NEED to, and MI. WILL have laws to prohibit OC, just like Kalifornia Open Carriers screwed it up for themselves!

And anyway, how else should ANY ruling ever go?

bottom line, state law says i can open carry, its the law, cities dont make their own laws.
